The staff here are sooo friendly, always engaging my son, happy to help answer questions about products we're not familiar with. Staff consistently find small ways to go above and beyond for customers (reminding of an exchange policy, value adds, make suggestions if out of stock, check stock in an extended area, just generally engage with customers in a positive manner). Prices are fair and consistent, better savings with an edge card.

Ben is a epic EB Employee and is always friendly. All the other employee's are very accommodating And Help To their Fullest Extent.Glad I have found another EB thats just as friendly as the 1 Down here at Dundas and Trafalgar. Look forward to some good conversation and some epic camaraderie

Called ahead. They put my order aside for me. I was able to get my order quickly and efficiently. I ended up getting a few more items. They also had a BTS mug (present for myself). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

saving 3hours of Burlington trip for me. thank you very much guys. i bought a ps5 NBA2K23 at Burlington gamestop yesterday, but they gave me a ps4 version. i have went to several gamestop today. they all told me i need to go back to Burlington to do the swap because of the price matching issue in the system. Except here at Barton. One of their employee figure out a way to do a swap with Burlington, so that i don't have to spend 2 hours going Burlington for swapping. Super appreciate！
