Charmed Aroma

First and last visit. My family and I were looking for a gift for mother in law. As we were trying to smell candles , we weren't aware of the glass domes for smelling. One of the Associates walked up to us and rudely with a tone in her voice to use the domes for smelling. As we continued to shop, I over heard this same woman be rude to another customer. May I say both self and other customer were both white. At this time I didn't think anything of it until she approached an coloured family and her tone was different from how she approached my family. Shall I say we walked out .

Went in with my gf a few times and the last time we went in i heard the employees smack talking another mall employee that they don't even work with. im almost positive they even had her recorded. my gf was very upset and she is a suicide survivor. we will not be coming back. train your employees better.

It was my first time shopping and she gave me space to shop but was there when I needed her. I also overheard her with other customers, so sweetThey had ring sizes for both my fingers available and all the scents I was looking for including Disney!!!I’ll definitely be returning :)

Having different hours than the mall your in makes no sense! Closing an hour earlier is just confusing! Consider changing this!

I went in looking for a gift for my boyfriend and couldn’t decide between a few candles and the girl working was very pushy, every 30 seconds would ask if I decided yet and each time I said no, I felt rushed and like she just wanted me out of the store. Which only made me more anxious and that much harder to decide. The candles are creative and smell wonderful but the customer service experience just isn’t worth it if they’re gonna linger over you the entire time and not allow you space to breathe and time to decide on what you want. Employee training needs to be seriously improved and they need to be taught how to make customers feel more comfortable… just go to Lush a few stores down.

Very informative sales associate. 2 for $15 sale going on but no sizes of rings available for what I needed. Harry Potter also there.

My daughter is obsessed with Charmed Aroma and brought me to the store. There are a lot of staff working at one time, maybe due to the upcoming holidays but it was a bit much for me being asked by every employee on the floor if I needed any help. Maybe even try assigning one staff per guest/ group of people shopping together (there is that many staff) So it’s not so intimidating and kind of annoying after the fifth time of being asked if I needed help in a 15 minute time frame. I prefer to browse on my own just a little bit. That did not happen here lol but they were all very pleasant and eager to help. I noticed the Disney princess one some of the candles were pink others were white, when I asked what was the difference as they smelled kind of the same and was told that if they don’t sell and sit there too long the colours fade… interesting. I end up getting the Apple Cinnamon Vanilla candle from the Dainty collection. The candle smelled great in my house, very sweet my son thought I was baking lol the ring I got is pretty nice as well. These do however make great gifts. It’s fun waiting for it to burn and getting a surprise
