A+ in the mattress industry! The brothers that run this business put in a lot of extra time and effort, and it shows. Incredible hospitality from brothers who are eager to negotiate a fair deal for you on their highest-end mattresses. They also provide home delivery if you place an order. I'm so happy I found Original Mattress and that I could buy all my beds there.

We parked at Teppermans thinking we were going to buy a mattress, looked across the road, huge sign that says “mattress made in house”! These guys make there mattresses and provide excellent service! Will be buying all my mattresses from Original Mattress from now on. Thanks for the 10/10 prices and service.

It was very expensive. He did not keep his time commitment for delivery. I think he forgot about it, then made many excuses and tried to turn it into my fault for not calling. He would not accept his mistake and poor service.In the end when I picked it up, it was 1 inch too high. His answer to that when I asked was, it is only one inch. That would be fine if I had the room, the mattress covers part of the window in the trailer now.The mattress did look nice, it does feel like a nice mattress, but I expected more for the cost, and to be delivered when he said, and to the specifications discussed.I would never recommend this company or ever do business with them again.

This is what sales experience should be like, walked in, asked for a firm mattress, showed me, i liked it, in 10 mins out of store with a purchase... in 30 mins the mattress came home... Winston was awesome and friendly to deal with. Will come back.

My friend had the worst customer service experience of her life.Since we both work in customer service we understand how easy it is to do the right thing. This was simply not the case.After many promises were made once a problem arose all the promises disappeared. No one was apologetic, or even tried to come up with a solution.I highly urge you to go to a store that provides a legitimate warranty, helps you when it is required, and doesn't make you feel like an inferior customer.
