Dogtopia of Bloor West Village

My cockapoo is very particular, especially her nails but LOVES coming here. The team is so accomodating, very responsive and best of all makes my middle aged dog enjoy her time getting groomed which has never happened before.

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog loves the experience and the exercise.

Always courteous, professional and friendly. One of the only places I’d ever trust to leave my beloved Diba at cause I can tell how much she loves the staff there just by the way she runs in every time I drop her off…. Keep up the great work

My dog has been attending daycare twice a week for over a year and never been an issue. We started at Dogtopia 4 weeks ago because of their proximity to my daughter school.She has spent most of her time in a crate. Only bring your dog here if they spend all day sleeping or looking at the walls. Sorry but my dog likes to play and is social they kept giving her “breaks” because she was bothering the sleeping dogs.I once watched the cameras for over 2 hrs and never saw my dog. They only brought her out of the crate after I called to find out where she was. Today they sent me and email that they were having a hard time with her, why not call me? What if I hadn’t seen my emails? Would she just be alone all day?I am 35 weeks pregnant and left a doctors appointment to go get my dog. I have hand enough of this place. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Both of my dogs used to go here (we moved). Best doggy daycare. My dogs loved it and I loved spying on them over the webcam. Also loved the funny photos they take of the dogs. Fun & friendly staff.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who were extremely happy to accommodate my request for daycare. I was also informed about payment package options. I very much appreciate the flexibility of booking full day care on any day for the following week, and the day I came in to inquire I was asked if I needed care for that day which is really great that same day services are offered. Love that they are flexible for drop off time, 11am - 5pm suits us as my dog has separation anxiety so this 6 hour time frame works well for us. We love the facilities as I know our dog is well taken care of and in a safe environment . It's great they group small dogs in one room and larger dogs in another. And of course the webcam is wonderful to see how our is baby is doing throughout the day  Definitely 10 stars!!

My puppy gets so excited every morning when I tell her she is “going to school”. She has a full day of playing with similar energy level dogs, and they are placed in rooms appropriate to their size. The staff are very warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. And the webcam access is fantastic!

This place fired us because we were 10 minutes late a few times.We received an email weeks after our most recent appointment telling us they would no longer accept our business. No warnings, never spoke to us about it - just a very abrupt email breaking up with us.We had been going there for almost 2 years, loyally. Even driving across town after we moved further away... hence the occasional tardiness.Front desk and whoever answers the phone are appallingly rude. The groomers do a great job - shame they don't work somewhere else so we can continue to see them.

Worst daycare dog experience for myself and my dog. My dog came home after being there for 3 days with bloody paws and no voice left. My dog is now traumatized by any daycare. Wish I never did that and wish this place was closed down. Some places do not deserve to take care of animals.

This place filled me with great confidence - caring staff, sorting of dogs by size, and the ability to see my puppy on the website. Very professional and very caring. Highly recommend.
