First time dining at the Sandpiper after spending 20+ summers in the area. We enjoyed the Cesar Salad, Fish & Chips, Club Wrap, and two amazing desserts. Definitely a diner experience. Service could have been better. Food was good, and the desserts were A+, would return for the desserts

We are from British Columbia and went in with family for a dinner.We were served water and forgotten.Other people came in and were served before us. Another server told us our waitress will be right with us. Our waitress ignored us!!! So, we walked out!!!!Never be back there again or suggest others to go!!!We have been so fortunate in small communities where people are friendly!!! I guess the sandpiper is not friendly to tourists

The place was packed but people were moving along and finishing quickly. The servers were obviously swamped but once we were seated, we had our drinks quickly and soon put in our food orders. Lightly breaded whole bodied clams and fried scallops were delicious as was the lemon meringue pie. Our server, Nicki handled the many tables with speed and grace. A wonderful meal!

I order the Haddock Chowder and the Sandpiper Special Sandwich, with grilled lobster, and homemade strawberry cheesecake. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed my time there, almost as much as the views outside of the beach!!

Great meals, fair price staff friendly but not overbearing. Service is efficient. The view is excellent. Lunch and dinner menu extensive enough to please any palette. The drive out from just about anywhere is awesome.

Yum! Yum! Yum! I had clams and onion rings. It was super tasty and a good portion for the cost. Other meals at the table were a big lobster roll, a fish and chips with a big piece of fish and a lobster club with fries. Everyone enjoyed the food. The service was great! We had a very polite young man serve us. I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out. (We were there for a 60th anniversary dinner.) He admitted he was new and training but was attentive and prompt with his service - wouldn't have known he was learning. The atmosphere is casual and it's easy to see all the staff are a solid team. I recommend dining here. There is also a nice little patio that overlooks the water.

Service was excellent even though it did take a decent while for the food to arrive. If you like fried seafood, the platter was pretty good and the fish and chips were great. The fries could use some more seasoning. All-in-all nice little homey spot with friendly staff, a large menu, and fresh food.
