Rancourt Roofing

Booked for Aug 1 (no-show). The installer showed up unscheduled on Aug 3. I asked him for the job cost, which he declined, said his office will provide. I then agreed to exorbitant quote to replace couple of loose shingles. Came to work site on Aug 4. The installer shows up before 7am, without me being informed about it - fine, I can get up early.The installer climbs the roof and clearly shingles I provided were no match, to which I offered to go grab a package from homedepot, while he removes the existing broken shingles to which he was obviously struggling. He instead insists to run to his shop which is nearby to check if he had the same shingles" saying that homedepot most likely would not have the same material - fine. Comes back with a mismatch

We've had to wait almost a year for our insurance company to schedule repairs after the May storm in '22. Needless to say its been a stressful experience waiting a whole year for our roof and siding to get fixed but honestly the silver lining is that Rancourt is the company doing the work. From their first visit, you can tell this team takes pride in their craft and their clients.They are professional, honest and clearly explain everything they are seeing and doing. This team is a blessing in a time when it's getting harder and harder to stretch the dollar, and find honest people doing good work.Will add before and after pictures when the work is complete.-Mike

So, we felt confident that they would do a good job at a reasonable price when we had to have the whole roof re-shingled after the big windstorm in December. And we were delighted with the result.
