I drove 2 and a half hours on a Saturday morning to get parts chromed. I had called the day prior to ensure they were going to open but arrived to lock doors. No one would answer the phone, and voicemail was full. Pretty @#$&ing dissatisfied, thanks for wasting a bunch of my time and money.

I did a custom water cooled computer project which required stripping chrome plating off copper tubes. I contacted the shop with zero background on electroplating. Mark at the shop was extremely friendly and accommodating. Simply based on the initial interaction I was positive this would be the place to support. He even walked me through the whole electroplating and buffing process at the shop. Mark and his team was kind enough to do an initial buffing using a heavy cut polishing compound and show me the process from start to end. Not only did I achieve the desired result but it was also a great learning opportunity. Highly recommended!

They document everything with photo's and explain exactly the scope of the work that is required. Mark is very honest and truely cares about the quality of work. I would definitely go back and reccomend them.

Mark is an absolute perfectionist. He chromed my custom headlight brackets and also the forks. His quality of work is incredible. I thank you for making my 1998 honda shadow look so cool. Will be bringing him the rims to get chromed.
