After being told I’m allergic to something by multiple doctors. I go here and get told that I’m not going into anaphylaxis I’m fine.

Apparently I have been imagining the allergic reactions I have been experiencing. Symptoms so bad that I can not operate a motor vehicle without medication but non existent according to these experts. Take note of the reviews and save yourself $50.

After waiting 6 months I went to my appointment. The clinic was running an hour behind when I arrived. When I finally sat in the office I was told that they ONLY test for environmental allergens unless you have a life threatening reaction to foods then they will test for a select few. I was well aware I did not have an environmental allergy, I was there to pinpoint which foods I am allergic to. Their website clearly states that they do food allergy testing however I could not find anything on their website that states only if you have a life threatening reaction. So after a 6 month wait, I paid a fee of $50 at the office and I'm sure they bill Alberta Health for the appointment it was an absolute waste of my time. If you are going for allergy tests go to a clinic that offers a full allergy test.

Competent staff (hence 2 stars) but the administration is broken. I was summoned for an appointment I don't recall ever making. But I went, and I got an auto-text instructing me to remain in my car and reply to the text when I arrived. I did so, and got a message that the number does not allow replies. I phoned the number and it was disconnected. I searched for a number online and got someone in a different city. Finally I just went through the door (which they said not to do) and was checked in.

Finally got some help to deal with my hives!

Was referred here and had a very professional experience. The staff was very helpful and kind.
