The most honest and hard working owner ever!

Came here after visiting MEC's bike shop where the staff seemed too busy talking to each other than tending to their customers. They also charged a premium and quoted a long repair date (an entire week for a tune-up!). It's a god dang bike people, not an autoshop...I worked at a bike shop as a kid and the young men that were working there could have definitely finish repairs fast enough.Anyway, I stumbled across Bike House after my MEC experience and explained how I'd liked to get my bike tuned and ready for today. They had a line of bikes they needed to tend to but the guys went out of their way to prepare my bike. The quote was also very reasonable. This is the kind of service that create long term customers out of people -thanks again, guys! Really appreciate it.Now my bike runs very smoothly and I just finished a decent ride thanks to Bike House. I will definitely return here for any of my bike needs.Highly recommended.

Brought my old Marin in to get ready for a 65km Ride for Charity! The owner of this shop is super friendly and is quick to help whenever he can. His parts are high end (Michelin Tires) at a very reasonable price. I got new tires installed, new tubes, Handle bar adjusted and pedals installed for under $150. Will continue to come on the regular for tune ups and parts.

Great service overall! Brought my newly purchased bike in for some tuning and they fixed my issues within a few hours for a reasonable price.Reached out to a few other shops who required leaving the bike for several days for servicing, or charged ridiculous amounts. Glad I went with Bike House and my bike is riding much smoother (and faster) since the tune up!

This place is the best! The owner is amazing and he knows his stuff. Super helpful. Great advice and always a fair price. I come from the east end now just to use this shop and have been a customer for a few years.

Super nice man. He knows how to fix the bike, do it quick, and charge reasonable price. Nothing could be better! He's very knowledgeable on the bike, and if you wish to learn, he has no hesitant to explain it inside-out and give you great advise.I wish I could know this place earlier so I don't have to suffer the bereaucracy which often found in some other places.

Had issues with bike chain after a tune up at another shop a few weeks ago. Chain kept slipping on my ride home from work and as luck had it, I pulled over to the Bike House when I noticed it on my way home. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and put on a brand new chain within a few minutes. The price of chain and service cost were absolutely reasonable.Definitely will be going back for regular service and repairs as needed. Thanks again for the great service!
