Chole bhutare (Chickpea Curry with Fried Flatbreads) never tasted this good so far. I love the quality and quantity. Near and clean environment, it was Thursday afternoon but still this location was super busy . Service was great - aman took our order , very patience and polite even during busy hours. We dine in and wait time was 10-15 minutes that was awesome. Seating space is very less , so you have to have patience for dine in . Washroom was clean . Overall, food was awesome, great quality

Love this place! I am not a vegetarian, but you won’t miss meat when you eat here. Always stop for a Thali when I’m in area; seems to be slightly different on different days of the week. Their samosas are fantastic, as is their great selection of Indian desserts.

We ordered lunch for a little ceremony at our home for around 50 people. We couldn’t have found a better person than simi to help us out with the catering. Everyone loved the food. Compliments to chef for the yummiest chhole bhature and gajar ka halwa. Thank you team Himalaya:)

I’ve been going here since I moved to Ontario in the mid-2000’s and even though it’s vegetarian only, it is the standard by which I judge all other Indian food! I love this place and always have! It never disappoints me and the samosas are the best - especially with the mint chutney and tamarind sauces they serve them with. Five stars is well deserved!

I have been going to the Himalya for many years. Their food is consitenly delicious and authentic. This restaurant is truly a gem, and the staff are lovely. It is primarily a take-out option, although there is table service with a casual atmosphere. Not fancy, but very good, and not that different from eating in India.

Never disappoints. Great Samosas and been going here after 10 years and still tastes the same. Very clean place for the traffic they get. Price is very fair and reasonable.

Got the Channa bhatura and paneer pakora. Honestly best channa and paneer pakora I’ve ever tried. Definitely coming back here. Ask for the spicy in the channa bhatura, you won’t regret it. Seating space is very small unfortunately. So it’s probably best to take out but if you choose dine in that’s your choice

It's a pure vegetarian Indian restaurant (Close to Eastgate mall). Finding parking was tough as the plaza is small. Most of the Food that I ordered was good. Rashmalai wasn't upto the mark but Gajr Halwa was superb. They've got huge variety of Indian desert.

One of the best places for Indian food in Hamilton…felt like a proper sweet shop in India…the food was fresh the staff was very friendly and the tables were properly sanitized after every customer…the cleanliness was spot on…the samosas tastes fab with amazing chutneys along with it….one of the best chana bhatura i tried in Canada…definitely go with the mango lassi to complete your meal….i just loved the place and left fully satisfied with their food…didn’t tried the sweets but I’m sure it would be amazing considering the frequent customer footprint in the restaurant…must be a popular spot for the locals…100% recommended….a must go place if you’re in Hamilton!
