Our AC unit broke during a heat wave. We were able to get someone in from Sterling very quickly. Our sales rep Brook was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us different options and listened to our needs. He got us exactly what we wanted. The installers were clean and thorough. Great experience!

The consultative approach that Brook and Dan collaborated on to provide us with options for upcoming upgrades to our HVAC system and hot water tank was refreshing. They offered suggestions and solutions based upon what their next steps would be if they were faced with a similar situation in their homes. While in my home Dan took the time to explain how my furnace operated and seemed thoroughly excited to answer any additional questions i had as well!

I had my air conditioning go out on the day it was 38 degrees, w contractors here working on Father's Day. It was awful the whole week. But I did my due diligence and got quotes from 8 different places. Some were ridiculous in price, some wanted me to be a victim of the lease or rent" garbage

Installer was very pleasant and helpful. Work was done quickly and properly. All garbage, recycling was cleaned and the yard was left clean. Great experience dealing with Sterling. Will be working with them more in the future.

Last week Sterling installed a new high efficiency furnace and water heater in our home. Brook had found that our furnace was leaking water (who knew a furnace could leak water) due to a failed condensation pump and our furnace had a bunch of rust inside.Sterlings installation was completed in less than a day. The installers were professional and left our furnace room clean when they left. Very good experience for Kristi and I.

I recently purchased a new a/c and high efficiency furnace from Sterling and my experience with them was outstanding. Brook in sales was very thorough and took the time to present me with options to suit both my needs and budget. The installation was done by Dan and he did a superior job. Would highly recommend Sterling if you are in the market for a new a/c or furnace.
