Amanda was super helpful and professional. From first contact to receiving the keys, she was always quick to respond and had answers to any and all questions I had as a first time renter (and very patient I might add). Very happy with the unit she helped me secure. Couldn’t have gotten the great place I’m in without her!

As a tenant, Amanda went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home quickly and efficiently without us needing to compromise on location, price, or amenities. The unit was beyond what we could hope for (in downtown Toronto no less!) and was fully upgraded. I would gladly work with Amanda again at any point in the future. Our landlord was lovely and thanks to Amanda we had great open communication.

Amanda was a life saver! Being new to Canada, she helped me navigate the tough realities of the real estate market in Toronto. She helped me stay away from people trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and fought tooth and nail, working hard every night until she found the perfect spot for me. She was relentless. She even continued to stay in touch after I moved in to make sure everything was ok. No doubt in my mind that I’ll reach out to her the day I need to find a new place. I am so grateful for her!

Amanda was incredibly helpful and found me a great new condo unit to rent in downtown Toronto last winter. As a first time renter, she helped guide me through the rental process, negotiated with the landlord on my behalf, and made the whole experience very easy, and even fun! At one point, my family was considering buying units as well, and Amanda had great insight into what types of properties would be best for investment. She was excellent to work with, and I highly recommend her and her team as a real estate agent.
