Phenomenal all-around experience and service provided by Jack and his crew. We showed up with an emergency oil leak and Jack helped us immediately. He walked us through every part of the process, making sure we understood everything required to get us back on the road. I can not speak highly enough about the level of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness we were met with. I highly recommend this automotive shop both for the service they provide, and the team providing it. Affordable, reliable, and efficient.

I have finally found an honest, true to his word Mechanic.My Dad bought a 1963 Chevrolet SS Impala in 1979 and enjoyed going to car shows and cruising around for over 20 years.He parked the car in 2002, in his garage it stayed for another 20 years.I recently received the '63' and as you can imagine with a car sitting for 20 years it needed some attention.Jack and his crew have the car running perfectly.If the part wasn't available Jack had it fabricated.With some of the adjustments or smaller repairs, I was told no charge!I have no hesitation in recommending Whitby Automotive Centre for not just the classics but all your automotive repairs.Note: picture of Dad in 1979 and picture of '63' in 2023.

Brought the car there to get checked because engine light was on . charged $300 just to diagnose the problem. And the problem you can find yourself buying the machine from Amazon for $25 which reads any lights on codes. It was a rip off. Will never be going back . Be aware.

After looking around for a new mechanic I was recommended to go see Jack at Whitby Automotive and I couldn't be happier. The price was affordable and the workmanship was incredible. He took the time to carefully explain to me the process of the repair while helping me stay within my budget.I feel like I've found my mechanic for life and will certainly be recommending all my friends & family to go see Jack at Whitby Automotive. I took my car into my dealership for my last prepaid oil change and mentioned to them that my brakes felt like something was off. The dealership checked my car and told me that I needed work done to the tune of over $600!I was skeptical about their advice/opinion and I had read so many great reviews about Whitby Automotive Center, I decided to take my car to them for a second opinion.After a Whitby Automotive Center mechanic test drove my car and inspected it, they confirmed my skepticism. They told me there was a very small and Normal amount of rust on a part around the wheel bearing and that it is perfectly safe to drive, and that it would last 1 to 5 more years. Jack gave me things to look out for and reassured me.The icing on the cake is that they didn't even charge me for their time or diagnostic! Talk about building trust. I will definitely be returning! Thanks to Jack and the team for exceptional customer service and kindness!

We have 5 family vehicles and I have taken them all there for various repairs and recieved excellent service. We always know we can expect the best price and quality of work. Would not want to go anywhere else!

Jack and his crew are excellent. My old car was in and out of their shop a few times the last year or so, and not once did they try to sell me “repairs” that I did not need. They’re honest and to the point.

I first used this company back in early 2016 when I had my previous car. Not only were they efficient in preforming high quality work but, the price was reasonable alongside the service being excellent which this lead me to walk away with a great experience. I now use these guys currently and have never been more satisfied with the 5 star quality service they still provide. Finally, the owner is a knowledgable mechanic his other mechanics meaning your guaranteed to get an honest assessment/breakdown of your vehicle without being oversold and overcharged as a vehicle dealer would.Highly recommend these guys for anybody in need of a mechanic for auto service or even work done on there car!

Came here to fix the shield for my exhaust, I waited 4 hours for the shield to be removed and never got a call back to say it was finished, this place is disorganized, I came back to pick it up and the issue wasn’t fixed 4 hours later so they did it on the spot in 5 minutes?!? after driving away the bolts on my rim came off while driving on the highway and the issue with my exhaust came back shortly after, I called the shop and the guy pleaded with me that he didn’t touch the tires and completed the job which is a lie, this place is not professional at all. Don’t bring your car here if you’re looking for reliable service,
