Bellissima / Serena West

One of my favourite stores in the lower mainland! Such a great selection of items and super helpful staff.

We tried to post but lost our post so will try again in case it did not send…My sister and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Bellissima/Serena West in Metro town because of Marion’s kind reception, and discerning awareness of our individual tastes and styles. We appreciated her willingness to help us find the perfect choices for each of us and want her to know she was a highlight to the end of our special shopping fun day!

Great friendly staff.. was a pleasure shopping at this location and special thanks to (Parvis Bhimani) aka Pinty Virk who was so helpful and made everything possible for me to acquire a discount. Wasn’t sure if I wanted that color, was also not even looking for any darker dress but she found me the perfect dress and I was very happy with the price and the purchase. MAGDOLNA was terrific in assisting me with the dress style and size. She is very helpful and honest in the best style for me. I am so happy about my dress purchase. Without her, I could not buy a few pairs of jeans and a few dresses and accessories as well. The items are definitely of great quality. They are more on the pricey side but definitely worth it! The ladies helping you out are exceptional too! One of the few stores I trust and love!

Just had to take a moment to complement the staff and especially the manager at Bellisima in Metrotown. We were recently shopping and tbh can't say since the start of Covid we've bothered much with in-person shopping for gorgeous stylish fashion, but being at Bellisima made us realize... it's time ladies to put the track pants back in the workout drawer section! We were super impressed with the service and fashion advice we received from the Manager, our personal stylist on this visit!. What we really appreciated was getting good advice in making choices yet we had space to look around with ease; we didn't feel pressured or rushed, just the right amount of interaction!. Loved the selection, and particularly the range from classics to trendy options. Highly recommend this store if you're looking to revamp or even just tweak your wardrobe for 2023.
