I feel RVHC is trying to turn things around. The front desk staff are always cordial and doing their best to help you. I also never wait long and am very happy with my doctor and that I'm able to book an appointment in the evening if my doctor isn't available.

If I could give a 0 I would! Absolutely horrible. Showed up and had to wait in a line of walk-in patients..Finally got to the desk and was told my pre-booked appointment was now missed. Had to take time off work, and now have to re-book, which I’ll need more time off now; I don’t get paid. Very unprofessional, as heard front desk say “appointment times are not definitive times, while being told I missed mine while waiting” If you can, go somewhere else!

Its a private clinic for the most part from what I understand. I hear others yell at staff. I use please and thank you,never in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. X ray no issues less than 10 minutes. Many things in life can be frustrating. If you are unable to deal with it there are some really really good doctors there to help you along with your issues if they were to arise. Not every thing is a instant cure some things take time.

The receptionist here need to be reported to the patients ombudsman and replaced. Zero stars for the clinic. I have never experienced going through worst receptionists here, specifically those who answer the phones. They are rude, mean and also lack compassion. They behave like they are the doctors and pass judgements when discussing health issues (yes we cannot go past them without informing them of our health issues). It causes me grief and anxiety to pass through them to get an appointment with my family doctor. I suffer from anxiety, and the receptionists here trigger my anxiety attack each time I deal with them. This is not right. Where do we complain?

I’m very patient and courteous with people in the medical field, and everyone in general. I understand that there is a shortage in staff, and that their jobs can involve a lot of stress. However, I’m definitely not impressed with the X-ray technician I had the displeasure of dealing with today. I went in to get an X-ray of my potentially broken big toe. He had horrible bed-side manners, minimal dialogue, compassion for someone in pain. And he tried to bend my second toe back (which cannot bend back due to a prior surgery), without even knowing if there were any issues with the area surrounding my big toe. This caused me more pain that hasn’t gone away yet. When we were done, he offered me no help to get up, and I had to ask for my crutch. This guy obviously missed the course on how to deal with patients. Big zero rating for this experience.

Dr. Abe and his staff are professional, proud and punctual. I am never kept waiting and Dr. Abe is always on time. They appear to run a very efficient clinic and are very friendly to me.

Very Strange. My doctor said he would make a referral to an orthopedic doctor in regard to monitoring a growth in my humerus. I called them to follow up because I hadn't heard about the referral in over 3 weeks. Turns out they sent a fax referral to an orthodonic specialist - who deals in teeth. Who makes that kind of error working in the medical field? The receptionist on the phone was nice about it when I mentioned that a mistake had been made. Can we laugh about this?

For the past several years, I always find the staff (both front desk staff and nurses) at Rideau Valley Health Clinic helpful and pleasant. As well, I am especially pleased with the service the current front desk ladies always provide. People have to be much more understanding that the staff is coping with everybody's needs under very stressful times. Understanding and respect goes both ways.

I have seen dr Celine Sayed. She is an incredible knowledgeable dr. She took her time and explained everything, leaves you with an information sheet you can take home for reference. Contrary to other obgyn offices, in general everything is rushed due to load but she far exceeded exception although the other doc working with her was absent on that day. The office also has a 2 months follow up. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

I have had multiple bad experiences here , however it’s impossible to find another doctor. They don’t open on time , all the time. One of the receptionists (only a specific one person) is extremely rude and always refuses to be helpful if you get put through to her.My doctor misdiagnosed my pregnancy and put me on antibiotics the hospital then told me I shouldn’t have been on because I was pregnant (which was the actual problem as well). I had a lump in my throat and couldn’t get referred anywhere for months to have it looked at. And not as in there was a waitlist, as in the concern was being brushed off, and it took several appointments. I finally had it taken somewhere when I brought it up to the doctor again in front on an intern.This is a couple experiences among others.
