路虽然不宽,但不会有很多的黑莓刺破衣服,路线全程往返一个小时,适合老人孩子全家徒步。

Love quite peaceful walk. Love how wood carvings have been places along beautiful trails. Lots of opportunities for nature and birds photography. Please don't enter trails when it is windy. Flying tree branches can cause injury.

The Spirit Trail is truly a magical place. I'm not going to go on and on about it, because I don't actually want too many people coming here. It is something of a wildlife sanctuary and I want it to stay that way.

Our kids (5,8) loved counting all the carvings (nearly 20). Other riddles written on wooden posts, birdhouses, and a toadstool village made this an unexpected magical place. Beavers leave lots of fallen trees everywhere, which can be fun for the kids, but may make some trails inaccessible for others depending on how soon cleanup crews can clear out fallen trees. The lookout at the southwest corner of loop was a nice destination for the kids. We only had 45 minutes to spend here, but our kids requested us to come back, they enjoyed it that much.

Wildlife area that somebody thinks is their own private place. Ugly carvings, plastic toys, stupid signs all detract from this supposed area for wildlife, not humans. Too many loose dogs, and people smoking. When you ask them politely to leash (there are many signs around), or ask them to extinguish their stinky cigarettes, they swear and are very rude. Unfortunately this is how society is now. Nature watchers and non-smokers are not allowed in parks or natural areas. Idiots are all over. So sad. I would not recommend this place or any place for non-smokers, people who don't like loose dogs jumping on them, etc. Just stay home.
