Well here’s a first on my way to get coffee at around 11:00 am Thursday March 30 there was a 4 Brother’s Painting van stopped on 19 Street in Red Deer past the Shell heading west. The emergency flasher was on. The passenger door opens and the passenger dumps their Tim Hortons/MacDonalds garbage onto the street and the wind carried it away. I called the company but someone in a vehicle answered so I was probably talking to the driver of the van. I told him what happened and tried to give him the license plate but he hung up on me. The vehicle then proceeded west bound and got onto Highway 2, headed north.
