If you're looking for a pink and flowered place to take photos for your social media give this place a try. Other than that I had one of the worst lattes in my whole life at this place. It was prepared in less than 2 minutes and tasted like nothing! Didn't try any pastry and won't :)

The treats and baking are good, the shop itself is lovely, great location. However, there’s no prices or descriptions on anything, so you need someone to go through each item with you, and when they have SO much you’re really taking up a lot of time. It would be nice to be able to know what things are so you can just give the staff your order when it’s your turn. There is a menu board, but the items on there don’t seem to match what is out.Each time we’ve been their staff has been more interested in their phones or eachother to help you.They have 50% off after 6pm, but it’s only a couple things, and it’s hard to know what.Last time I was there, I purchased one of the muffin/croissants, that was behind the clear glass, except the staff member went to grab it off a tray on the counter. I had watched a young child reach up to touch them just moments before (picture included to see where the items were sitting)I want to love going here. But it always misses the mark.

Went here for high tea recently and the experience was decent. The service was great and friendly, and the food was tasty. The high tea comes with bottomless drinks which is awesome and the food towers had tons of food on it. We were first serves fresh fruit and veggies, the the tower comes with an assortment of sweet and savory snacks. I was full when I left and the only issue I had was the price as it was $49/person for the high tea which is expensive. But, you could make up for that by drinking lots of coffee and tea!

We recently attended a high tea on a Sunday & had a very unsatisfactory experience on the customer service level. Even the booking & confirmation part of the process was not handled well, unfortunately. Upon arrival they had given our table away to someone else, so we had a wait. It was very messy, from tables not clean, to floors not clean, to garbage bags laying around & dishes not clean. Some of the staff were wearing pajama pants. When you are paying a large amount of money & High Tea is about the luxurious experience, more effort & better staffing needs to be happening. The food itself was good! And the staff did apologize. However, it was a rather disappointing experience & we wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered 11 items on Uber eats from their website early in the morning. When I finally received the order almost 2 hours late I did not recognize the order. I called the shoppe and the person answering told me they had to substitute 7 of the items as they didn’t have what I ordered. I told her if I wanted what they substituted I would’ve ordered those items. I said I’m not happy with this and she told me to bring them back to the store for a refund. I said I’m not driving all that way to take back an inferior substitution. It’s their mistake and issue. They should offer a credit or pay for the driver to pick it up for free. What are they going to do with the return? Probably resell it an unsuspecting customer. There was no apology or sympathy. This is the second time this has happened! The first time there were only a couple of substitutions and I wanted to give them a second chance. I told her I’ll never buy from then again and she didn’t care. Her attitude is I have your money already. If you’re paying premium money there should be premium service.

Went to a high tea on a Sunday. The food was excellent but that's about where it ended. Service was very slow, staff was dressed inappropriately and seemed disorganized, and the restaurant was not overly clean. When you are paying $45 per person, you are paying not only for the food but the atmosphere. In that sense it was highly lacking. We were expecting something in par with Little Bird, the restaurant that used to do the high tea and now has some menu items at the Shoppe. This experience didn't come close to what Little Bird used to provide.

We walked nearby and saw a beautiful institution with panoramic windows overlooking the river. The interior is beautiful, there are many locations for beautiful photos. Nice colors, cozy atmosphere. A variety of desserts and snacks, ice cream and various drinks. There are also stands with products that you can buy: desserts, souvenirs, tea. Polite and smiling staff, reasonable prices. In warm weather, an open veranda is open.

I’ve been wanting to go to The Shoppe for lunch for months! Finally got the time to do it this weekend and was super disappointed. I’m not usually one to complain as I work in the service industry. Only posting this in hopes that the criticism will provide others with a better experience. Upon ordering the two girls at the front seemed to be arguing over who would take our order- and the other one ran to the bathroom to go on her phone. We waited over 45 minutes for water while the worker was on her phone. Our lunch order of a soup and sandwich took over an hour (it was not busy). Neither my boyfriend or I could finish our meals- both were mediocre at best. Had to stop at another restaurant on the way home because we were still both starving. I love the decor and the premise of The Shoppe and hope they can improve their lunch menu and service.

I went there late last night before closing and there was not much and I was like whatever it’s late they probably just don’t have much in so I went back in this morning for brunch and there still wasn’t much of anything there no product I asked for a prosciutto croissant sandwich they didn’t have that and so I got some stuffed cheesecake French toast to go. All my stuff was on the side my French toast didn’t have anything on it not to mention it was burnt. And I get the stuff on the side because I got it to go but I was very dissapointed to realize my French toast was not stuffed at all. It was dry and empty and burnt and I had to dress it myself. Long story short they never have supply. My boyfriend asked for their dipping dots of course they didn’t have that either. For such expensive food you’d think they’d make it properly or atleast give you what’s advertised. As I said lack of stock could just be shipment the next day or something but when you pay $15 for stuffed French toast you want your French toast stuffed. And the stuff on the side had whipped cream and strawberries. Where’s the cheesecake????

When I walked in, the decorations startled me. Pink dusted everything. The desserts looked incredible. They didn’t only look incredible, they tasted amazing too. Not only that, the coffee was really good and creamy. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Thanks for the amazing experience The Shoppe!
