I come here all the time. Service is great and each treatment I’ve gotten has been awesome. Staff are very kind and good at their job. I highly recommend this spa.

Staff are friendly and professional. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Ive gotten spa treatments, mani pedis, and waxing. This will be my forever go to spa in hanover.

All services are provided in a professional manner and the facility is next level. My go to place for pedis, facials, eyelash extensions and more!

Great atmosphere I must say however my experience wasn’t the best today! Paid for a full body massage for 1 hour and I was done within 40 mins.Also full body means full body not where u want to massage. Whoever I had missed half of the areas.If I’m paying that amount of money for such little not worth it

They are so professional and super clean! The atmosphere is absolutely brilliant, the staff is super friendly and fun to talk to.they are down to earth in a high end salon. Prices are absolutely fair and lots of fun things to buy. I will come back every chance I get!

Horrible experience. I was approx. 8 mins late to my appointment and when I arrived I apologized as there are unforeseen events that arise and out of our control. Since being late was rudely welcomed and told to go wash my hands and not sure if they would see me for my waxing appointment. Then the aesthetician came over and said I have a phone consult and you have now put be behind.and you will be charged if you miss, as I said I didn’t mind rescheduling as it was my mistake for being late. But again I would have to pay for my missed one today. She then proceeded to speak down to me about “ well did we not confirm you time and appointment”? We run very strictly here. On the hour. Very condescending. Surprised they are still open. I’ve visited many different salons etc.. they take it in stride and do their best to accommodate and realize life gets busy and you do not know what could be going on behind the scenes. As a new client that was terrible.. could have handle that ladies with better class.

I’ve had numerous manicures here and a pedicure complete with massage chair! The polish lasts for weeks and there is a TON of colour choices. The spa is beautiful and calming, and staff are very friendly and personable. They also have a ton of other services but I haven’t tried them just yet. Highly recommend!

By far the best spa I have ever gone to. You feel the weight lifted off of your shoulders & instantly relaxed as soon as you set foot in the spa. Wonderful set up, very aesthetically appealing & clean. Very good service. My go to spa for facials & pedis if I'm in the area. Can't wait to try out their other services. Wish I lived closer!

Best pedicure around!I will only go the Urban Spa Escape for pedicures from now on. The dremel filing is amazing- no more scary sharp tools! My feet leave feeling so soft and callous free!

The Urban Spa team is professional and the spa is spotless. Their prices are fair for a high-end atmosphere.I had a pedicure this past week. The attention to detail is better than any other aesthetics business I have used. Their choice of colours, to choose from, seems unlimited.I now recommend Urban Spa Escape to my neighbours and friends.
