Russel was THE BEST contractor I have ever employed. Not only was he friendly, informative and extremely efficient, he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, even at his own cost. He explained all the variables and intricacies of the electrical I was asking to install without condescension, gave warnings that come from seasoned experience and over delivered at every turn. He even helped me solve a plumbing issue I was dealing with while he was on site. His work not only looked professional but functioned even better than promised. I hope to have more work done in the near future and I know I will be calling him back as a repeat customer. Hire this company. You won’t be disappointed!

Russ was a complete professional throughout our whole experience. He was on time, clean and responsive to our concerns and questions. I appreciated that he helped us visualize the location of the lights and determine the correct number of lights needed for our space. He did 3 floors worth of lighting and switches in a 3500sq foot home and I was amazed at how few cuts he had to make into our drywall which in turn helped us to save a ton of money in drywall repair. I would highly recommend using Russ for your lighting / electrical needs.

Parenteau Electric was a savior! I had a bad experience with a contractor that did a poor job and left it unfinished. Russell responded quickly, came out to see the issues and gave a very reasonable quote compared to other electricians. He was on time, professional, very detailed and also installed a light I had not mentioned prior at no charge. He provided information about what can and cannot be done and why plus options to have the same results.He cleaned up, was considerate of my home and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I will and have already recommended him to friends and family. I look forward to further supporting him in his business

Russell was very professional, organised, and transparent. He gave me a clear time and price estimate for the project in advance and was able to complete the project within the given parameters. He would arrive on time each day and he’d let me know in advance in case he was running late. There was a small hitch in filing the permit work with the city, but he resolved it very promptly and kept me in the loop the whole time.

Very efficient and friendly, best of all he followed through with me when I got distracted before actually scheduling a time for him to come by. Would hire him again without hesitation for future electrical work.

Russ came by today to take down our old kitchen pendant and install 4 new LED pot lights on a dimmer switch. The difference is fabulous.Russ is a great guy and did an excellent job. We'll certainly call him back again.Thanks. Mike & Jan
