I had the worst experience with this builder. They will try to price gouge you when it comes time to chosing your finishes and making any minor changes /adjustments. I requested to move an existing pot light and plumbing fixture 1 feet over and they told me they are going to charge a design change fee. The house is not even built yet. No framing, nothing is up. This company is a joke. They will use any excuse they can to take every penny they can from you. WORST BUILDER EVER!!!

I bought a new house from Countrywide and the closing was on April 30, 2020 during the peak of pandemic.There were a lot of issues that needed to be fixed. I heard Countrywide had a lot of issues with its trade people (sub-contractors) on this site and that's the reason for the quality issues.I was initially very unhappy with seeing all the issues right after moving in. I had to spend a lot of time with them as well to coordinate the work to fix everything specially during the pandemic.As of yesterday they completed the last item. Even Though I was initially unhappy, I slowly started to understand the reality in building homes and the difficulty in managing the whole project, especially using third party trade people.What I am very happy about at the end is that Countrywide attended and fixed every single item I reported without any hesitation. Angie was simply great in following up on every single item.Now with all the experience I had with them in the last three years, I will definitely buy again from Countrywide because I believe I can fully trust them that they will work with us to complete/fix every single item/issue and that's all that matters to me.

The customer service of Countrywide Home's is the worst. Secondly, the builder does not even consider reasonable exemption. Finally, once home is closed the service agents are simply not responsive , do not return calls, respond to emails and not even any sort of acknowledgement.Note: the home build quality is great but other than that you will experience the worst available customer service in the market. I hope they would take it seriously and improve their customer service!

We bought the new construction house in Queensville area in phase 2. Countrywide only cares about sales and after the sales we received an extremely poor service from them. One of our bathtub had a crack and they nicely placed a glue on top of it which was invisible to see, so we didn’t put the issue in the 30 days PDI, now they are refusing to fix it. Also we sent so many e-mails to fix few minor issues, initially there excuses were COVID-19, now delaying the process and don’t even care about customers. Employees who works at the administration also does not take responsibility and transfer us to different individuals every time and you end up explaining the whole thing over and over again. I would highly recommend NOT to buy any houses from them. Horrible service. We also purchased home from Lakeview, they are 1000 times better than Countrywide.

As our customer service representative, Nadia always responds to our request in a timely manner to ensure that the issue get addressed properly. As a supporting technician, George did a great job on fixing issues on PDI or 30-Day Form. We are very impressed with his professionalism and attention to details and are very happy with all work he has done for us. In summary, Countrywide is a great builder that can be trusted!

Quality Zero, Workmanship Zero, Attention to Resolve Home Buyers Problems ZERO, I wish to give them ZERO all over but no choice. They Built my Home in Brampton Very Poor Construction, I'm kind of Crying sometimes why I gone to them When there were choice of 3 builders. DON'T BUY IF IT'S BUILT BY THESE M**F NON PROFESSIONALS.

Countrywide should be avoided at all cost. Spending millions on a “custom built” home to have the quality of work done like they do is disgusting, disgraceful and disappointing. They delayed my home 5 times, they closed the home unfinished in which I need to speak to the construction manager to finish things. The construction manger promised and promised to get things finished and nothing was done. The customer service representative, did nothing about my phone calls. They lied and said people were contacting me to get things done and I didn’t receive 1 call.Do Not Buy

We moved into our home about 2 months ago. The worst customer service we have ever dealt with. Multiple big time errors made throughout the house, mainly due to the design studio having poor management and operation, and probably lack of attention from construction workers. Absolutely the worst kitchen finishing of any builder massive waste of money. I’d advise people to stay far away from this builder wish they were quick and professional making and fixing their houses as they are when collecting cheques. Spend your money somewhere else and definitely upgrade your house from a 3rd party if you purchased a house from countrywide homes. Wish we had bought from brookfield when we purchased in Caledon.
