would not recommend. had an agreement with these people due to changes in my circumstance. said i would have 2 extra weeks to pay and not even 12 hours later pulled money from empty acount

Went there to cash a cheque from work, the lady wouldn't cash it because she could not get a hold of my work place to verify if the cheque would be good or not. They also wouldn't give me a loan because I wasn't at my job for more than 90 days (I had started a new job and have been there for only a month). Never again am I wasting my time going there nor would I recommend this place to anyone!

rude manager who’s nameis tara! , so this lady told me I can’t do a loan because theres a guy who listed me as a contact number / spouse?, has an overdue loan. So, I told her that we don’t live together and we dont have the same address and he’s not my spouse on my account. Lol. So was wondering I can’t do a loan, she told me that guy listed me as a spouse, and we have the same number which is weird. Like seriously? so I can’t do a loan because that guy listed me as a spouse and he has an overdue loan.’ So rude such a waste of time! I am not gonna do a loan here anymore!. I’ve never had a an issue loaning here before, until I met this manager with a very bad customer service! I would’nt recommend or refer this to a friend, I suggest to anyone to go moneymart or cashmoney they have professional and friendly staff! Unlike here seems likethey like wasting peoples time!

I got a loan from here about 5 days ago. I got approved. I paid them back today. I went back there to get another loan and some lady denied me. Just cause the online speedy cash couldn't comfirm my identity. But when I called them and they said come on in and come get a loan, the online speedy cash has different rules then the one in person. And i told her I just got a loan from here a few days ago
