Fair selection, friendly cashier. Not bad.

Was in today to do birthday shopping for my Mom, absolutely loved the variety offered, and the customer service was amazing as I couldn't find the new elvis movie and the man found me a copy! We talked about our Mom's both enduring cancer treatments and how it impacted us both, the fact he treated me as a human and not a delinquent made me feel appreciated!

Poor staff, incredibly disgusted with this customer service that is provided here. Cass and Matt, should NEVER work in customer service it's extremely disgusting how they treat customers. They should never be working in customer service period, go get another job where you don't interact with customers. This service doesn't even deserve a star.

Waited in a long line, the cashier was looking something up for another customer while another associate just kept telling people to line up instead of opening the next register. Terrible customer service but decent selection of records.

I dislike some items you can not hold or order and pay online for to pick up in store. There is 1 guy there that is extremely helpful. I do dislike that I pay more here.tjan I would at other shops by $10 or more but sometimes it is more convenient.

I bought a nice calendar. They have fun little trinkets and such, but unsurprisingly they carry none of the music I listen to, so it wouldn't be fair for me to rate them based on their music selection.

Had records and believe it or not they also have CDs and DVDs unfortunately no laserdisc 10/10

While I like music stores I have had more bad experiences with sunrise, they bought what was remaining of HMV and their stores seem so barren of stock or a wider range of music to pickup, I have used their ordering service twice and each time I never got a call back to this day and that was in a span of in the last year, the first time was for a vinyl of the band Darkthrone some of their original black metal music not their crust punk stuff, the second and final time was for Behemoths new album that just recently came out I never received a call for any of those items at all and when I went into inquire if they got both items in question it was like ohh it's not available at all or just out of stock, my question to this is why wouldn't you have called the people who special ordered the item they wanted first before all of the stock in your store was sold out. I will never order from sunrise again.
