The owner helped my wife and I out in a pinch when another hotel screwed up our booking. Thank you so much for the hospitality! The room we stayed in was comfortable, air conditioned and well priced! We should have just booked here in the first place! We had a great stay!

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice little room and very clean. Thin walls so you might want to bring ear plugs. Took me in last minute at 10pm. Lovely couple runs front desk. Thank you for having me.

The Victorian Motel and RV Park
We've had our crew staying at the Victorian Motel for about 5 months this year. The hotel is well kept, clean and quiet. The owners Lawrence and Karen are very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out however they can and going above and beyond when necessary. The location is fantastic right on the side of town with river access and fishing right at our fingertips. I would certainly recommend anyone passing through Grand Forks or staying for a while to stop by the Victorian Motel and Rv Park!

They have an electric vehicle charger. The beds are comfy and it’s pretty clean. Tammy, the owner is lovely and very accommodating.

Nice location and its pet friendly. They went into our room when we said it wasnt necessary, the owner had taken my wash cloth that had my toothbrush on it and she left my toothbrush in the drain of the sink. They also charged us for the night we were leaving. They also were gossiping about the Riviera camp ground next door though the Riviera people are really nice

Roadside motel, with a cute Victorian room esthetic. Minimal amenities. Friendly staff.They have central air conditioning that is on high the whole time and you cannot turn it off. Since the room was very small it was freezing. I had to put the rug and trash can over the vent to try to suppress the airflow.

My husband and I have stopped here each time we have done a road trip. The owners have always been very friendly and courteous. They are also pet friendly (we had our hypoallergenic dog with us). Their rate is reasonable and the suites are relatively clean. Some suites have a mini-kitchenette which was handy.My only disappointment is the shower size (I'm a bigger gal and certainly can't bend over and shave my legs in the shower without hanging my head out of the stall) and shower heads don't offer much pressure.

Very outdated styling, slowwww. And spotty wifi... cobwebs in room corners and on light fixturesNo table in room to eat at ... it was nice to have a kitchenette and it was equipped somewhat but VERY worn out utensils and cookware ... you get what u pay for.. Karen was a nice ladySave On and Dollarama is 3 minutes away and Christina lake provincial Park is about 15 minutes away

I have been staying here while waiting for my home to be finished. The owner, Tammy, has been so understanding, kind and very considerate. The rates are unbeatable in this town, and the rooms are spotless! Also, there’s a lovely river right on location to swim and float in , right from the motel!

VERY clean. Yes, the room and furniture in it are dated. As the motel's name suggested, I was expecting something very old. Instead, we had a great night's sleep in a squeaky clean room with a very clean bathroom. No old smells" whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi was totally adequate."
