Drive-through only now due to short staffing. Regardless, the food is never amazing. You are better off going to McDonalds to get your morning coffee and if you still want to go to Tims, the one in Southampton is much better.

ever since tim hortons was bought by an american company, the quality has gone way down. it’s just disgusting now and they screw up ur order half the time.

Paid almost a dollar for about 20ml of chipotle sauce. Recieved the wrong coffee. Waited 20mins for the rest of my order in a nearly empty restaurant.Employees need to portion things better, and make sure you get what you pay for. The potato wedges I recieved were also mushy and tasted like the inside of a freezer.

Unfortunately with this location, your order is oftentimes wrong and it's mostly to the point where you basically have to check your order at the time of purchase/when it's prepared. Heaven forbid you don't check and drive away only to find out it's wrong and either end up dumping it out or returning at your expense only to have it replaced correctly.Honestly, best to avoid as I have opted to do. There is plenty of other options available.

Only drive thru for vehicles is open. Door is locked for next few weeks. Don't bother walking or biking up to drive thru window. They WILL NOT serve you.

Now I remember why I don’t like Tim’s. We only went because we were given gift cards. Everything about our order was wrong. It was correct on the screen. Asked for butter and extra toasted on all bagels. Got none. Hash browns were put on the bottom of the bag with 4 sandwiches. They were stuck to the paper and mushed. Didn’t get 20 tim bits in a 20 pack. Asked for NO plain and NO powdered and got both. Girl at the window handed us someone else order.

Ordered a 10 pack of timbits from this location and there was ants inside, multiple ants crawling on the food. Buyer beware of cleanliness.

No dine in after 3pm. Therefore very inconvenient and unless you have a vehicle you can not get anything after 3. Other Tim Hortons are open into the evening for dine in but seems this one does not want to .
