Always accommodating! My daughter's taking piano class here for over 1 year now and she had improved a lot! The time we cant come in for any reason, they always find another day to fill in her missed class. Receptionist are very friendly. Nicole, Athera and now Beth. All very helpful!

My piano teachers were pretty bad, so it made me want to quit playing the piano. Now I’m playing the guitar and I love my teacher. Honestly it’s the teacher that matters, not the place.

We are so happy with the piano teachers. My two daughters are taking lessons from the teachers who are very good. They are very much experienced.

No system on new student coming in and the next thing is they will ask you to pay on the days that you went in (because they ask you to) and said it was already a class. To my understanding it was just an aptitude test. I hope new management will take over and really care for their clients. Shame it is running for many years now.

This place is great if you have the tight teacher to teach you.

It is very good with very friendly teachers, and they all students to get better or where to improve and how to improve.

I'd avoid this place.My daughter missed 2 of her first 3 scheduled lessons because the teacher was not present. Even for the one lesson that she used, the teacher was just about to leave, the receptionist reminded him at the door that the student was waiting.Also, I tried to ask the receptionist a few question on my first time there and she gave me the impresiion that I was wasting her time. Customer service at its worst.Missing a couple of lessons, they were supposed to call us and re-schedule. Nobody ever called.The rooms where they do the lessons are very small (really small). The teacher was a very young kid (probably under 20). Although i do not question his ability, you cannot really rely on the experience.Because of the above, we called the office and asked for cancellation and a refund. The person we spoke to said that she will be forwarding our complaint to their management and they will contact us. So farnobody called.

Attended for years, I can say I’ve truly grown into a better pianist :)

Fraudulent Business PractisesThis so-called education program has been nothing short of negative experiences.We were approached in Eglinton Square by their sales reps, which extended to a home visit from one of their sales specialists a week later. We reluctantly signed up our child for piano lessons, based on a misguided trust that our 4 year old child was ready for weekly lessons. The sales lady reassured us many times that if we practised piano with our child at home every day, that she would enjoy the lessons.After 4 lessons, our child had enough and wanted to discontinue the lessons all together. Teacher was ok but the value of lessons did not prove worthy of $107/month. We then requested a refund for the monthly fee we paid for in which our child never participated in.Miss Mila ignored our phone calls and has pushed the issue to the office admin Melissa. The company policy is that they “Do not return money for any reason”. Head office “Shelley” was yelling like a child and eventually hung up on us. No one is this organization has demonstrated any behaviour short of fraudulent. Any reasonable judgement from any of these people is out of the question.This is a private company, not a charity, not a friendly neighbourhood organization, and not a public service. Their primary interests lie solely in collecting as much revenue as possible without regard for the customers that fund their schools.This review was posted after 3 weeks of non compliance. Further measures will likely be necessary.

We had a very bad experience; it’s the only company I know in Canada that does not accept returns of the piano books that we bought from them. (New and un used).
