She is knowledgeable, compassionate and is highly specialized in knowing just what a mamas body needs. She is an inspirational mom herself that focuses on health, fitness and healing and helping other moms achieve the same. I've been working with Dr. Chelsey Spano since my second trimester and welcomed our baby girl at 38 weeks after a pain-free pregnancy and uncomplicated and quick delivery. As a first time mom, I couldn't have asked for a smoother pregnancy and delivery and I attribute this to being in Dr. Chelsey Spanos care. My newborn is now also under her care after some oral and body tension and there's nobody else I would trust more for her care. I'm looking forward to continuing my postpartum journey with Chelsey since I know I'm in the best healing hands. Thank you for being so amazing at what you do!

Dr. Brodie is by far the best chiropractor I have ever had, and is especially helpful prenatal and postnatal pregnancy care. She has specialized training in these areas of care and does an excellent job to normalize areas of pregnancy. Her approach to care and wellness is wholistic and leaves you with strategies to heal and strengthen your body for your best performance, however that may look. She’s also just awesome to be around! I recommend her to all my mom friends. While her practise takes special interest in “mom health”, she also cares for men and children. She once told me that by caring for a mom’s family, she has already completed half her job for caring for the mom. As moms ailments are often tied to those of her loved ones!

Dr Chelsey Spano is so knowledgeable. She helped me understand the “why” behind my discomfort. I now have a game plan as to how to get better. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I have wanted to share my experience at Roseland Wellness for some time. From the moment I stepped through the doors into this very comfortable and caring practice, I have felt like someone really is listening to my needs as an individual. We are all unique, right? And my journey has made me so aware that we all need to take care of ourselves (preached by Dr. Chelsey herself). I am currently going through treatment for Breast Cancer. I don't typically share that with strangers, but I feel my experience will help others reach out as well for some much needed TLC from Roseland Wellness. Dr. Chelsey has introduced me to the vast benefits of acupuncture. So many benefits I had no idea! And she has added a few extra treatment techniques as my cancer treatment progresses. And, please, you have to make an appointment with massage therapist Robyn!! She is amazing, and has really helped me deal with my symptoms, as well as my overall wellbeing. These ladies have taken the time to ask the real questions, follow up with me at every visit, and change the treatment as my body changes. They know what they are doing! So, I'll cut this off now, as I have to make a call and schedule my next appointments!

Dr Lydia has treated me for over a year now and we just added our daughter to her client list. She was a natural with our newborn daughter and very clearly described her problems and outlined solutions in laymen’s terms.
