I would rate 5 but I don't go there as much as I want to, everyone is nice, lots of boxing bags and trainers. It is a good program for all ranges of experience of boxers, would recommend.

Awesome atmosphere for young boxers starting out as well as adults and seniors! The coaches are very nice Ed is a nice guy who’s been in the ring over 300 times! William is another one of the coaches who gives a lot of confidence! Very good place too if you want your kids competing or even to go for a workout!I recommend this 100%! And all very experienced coaches who know how to teach discipline and how to box! And a very polite man named brereton and a very polite woman named Lynn both of them will make you feel at home!

Been going here for the last month and it's a very friendly atmosphere with good coaches and good management, I get beat up everyday in sparring but I still come to the next class... lolCheers
