One-Stop Medical Centre

On behalf of my partner, who does not have a google account to use to review…Any medical centres going to be hit and miss and this is unfortunately a miss. Although he was seen within a reasonable time frame, the bedside manner of the nurses he dealt with was subpar to say the least. As someone who struggles heavily with anxiety around health and health concerns, he left feeling worse than when he went in. Even the doctor he spoke with told him “well, you never really know” when he left, in regards to what his ailment was… who says that. Really. That’s not comforting or helpful at all. While I understand that medical professionals are likely over tired and over worked, please be professional when dealing with patients.He will not be returning to this specific clinic for anything, ever. Hopefully they pull up their socks and progress in a positive way in the future.

I recently visited this medical clinic, and I must say that despite what other comments may say, I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They were professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs.The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and had a calming atmosphere that helped ease any anxiety I may have had. The medical professionals who attended to me were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the diagnosis and treatment plan.What impressed me the most about this clinic was their emphasis on patient-centered care. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience, from the moment I arrived to when I left.Overall, I highly recommend this medical clinic. Despite what other comments may say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, facility, and medical professionals all exceeded my expectations, and I am confident that they will provide the same level of care and service to anyone who visits.

Monday,8,2023 would of been the day I would have left this earth my 10 year old seen me on the floor yellow and flem in my mouth and no movement she saved my life the paramedics gave me 2 Shots of epiPen . @One-Stop Medical Centre gave me pills I was allergic to and they knew I was allergic they asked before I seen drlulu! I’m coming for you with my lawyer to shut this place down !!

The doctors are amazing!Dr Trina Liew: she explains illnesses very well and does not rush you when you have an appointment with her.Dr Chatergoon: very kind and simple doctor who seems considerate and calm when addressing patient concernsDr Thomas Van: well oriented and knowledgeable however seems to rush every appointmentOne star less due to the few receptionist ladies. The lady in the hijab always accommodates my needs on call and in person. At times, they won’t acknowledge that you’re even standing right infront of them!

Terrible clinic and who runs it. First of all when you have appointment- expect to wait for another hour or so. Second issue is the booking practices: they say call or text if you want to book appointment, yet when you call- nobody picks up the phone. And when you text- someone might or might not get back to you. I have been dealing with health issues that I couldn’t get the doctors appointment not because dr was busy, but because if their booking practices. When I brought this concern up with people answering text booking- I am being completely ignored right now- no response from them. Whoever runs that clinic needs to reconsider these practices. I am for one is moving to another clinic.

Everyone has their own kind of experience for me everyone here is considerate. They are busiest because they are occupied with walk-in patients but they will address your problems and will provide solutions in their scope. I have had my experience with Dr. Chattergoon. I will say i have been understood very well here.

This clinic needs to be closed down. Don't go here if you value your time.I came in for my appointment at 1pm and was waiting till 3pm. Asked receptionist if I'm due soon and they said they have to balance out the book" and put me in a room only to wait another 1hour for the doctor.I repeat

One-stop has amazing doctors such as Dr Van and Dr Liew. Both are my to go doctors whenever I can not go to see my family doctor who is far away from me. Very convenient location. I love that there is an ultrasound/X-ray place & pharmacy in the building, life labs nearby, and paediatrician really close to. The front desk are very helpful but it is so hard to reach them by phone. It also takes super long to see a doctor but I usually just walk around stores that are nearby.

Amazing and very caring doctors but the receptionists don't care about anyone nor have any sense of urgency and are always clueless every time I visit/visited my doctor.I have never once had a good experience with the reception throughout all these years I have been patient.HOW HARD IS IT TO CHECK SOMEONE IN AND CALL OUT THEIR NAME WHEN IT IS THEIR TURN??!?!?

This is the worst clinic ever the receptionist don’t even do their job they NEVER answer the phone it’s actually ridiculous. There are 4 and not 1 can answer the phone? I’m surprised these clinics don’t have to follow a standard. The hospital couldn’t even get a hold of this clinic to release my medical records I even emailed them. I no longer live in Scarborough so I’m unable to go there in person and I have been calling for two weeks 5 times a day and still nothing. I hope for the sake of people’s health you guys change
