They have a very good and fast internet service plus they also provide IPTV which means I can watch channels from my home country and also watch movies and series. I highly recommend 1TEL service

The worst internet provider in Toronto. It has been nothing but problems and delays, a most inconvenient experience. They handed me the wrong modem, late and no customer service capable of fixing a connection. They sent a tech guy to tell me there is a problem, without actually fixing it. Don't waste your money with 1Tel!On top of that I had to wait like a whole month to get my money back! They are scammers and thieves.

Good internet provider, good price

An awful service. They are constantly a problem. I've been with them for 3 months once my other company (YAP) merged with them. In that 3 months I've been cut off internet and at the most inconvenient times possible, where they can't have a technician come for 3 days. I work from home and these people clearly don't care about that and the fact I require it for my work.

I would give them a 0-star review if possible, my service is supposed to be paid until March 31, I requested the cutoff of the service since I found a good promotion with bell, about 10 times the speed they offer for less money I asked for the service to be cut off so that it would be effective on March 31, but today, March 25, they already have my service disconnected. Their only response was that they would answer me in 3 business days, DO NOT CONTRACT THE INTERNET FROM THESE SCAMMERS, IT IS A GROUP OF LATINOS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A GOOD HANDLE OF ENGLISH, in the time I have been with them, they never gave me the speed I asked for, they sold me 150mbps, and I never received that, it was always between 70 to 100 mbps (I have proof over 2 years) their customer service is terrible, they say they transfer you to customer service and the same person answers you. If you work with the Internet, or need a reliable source of service, do not hire them, you will lose time and money.

Worst service ever, was with them for 4 months since Yap merged with them lost internet twice. First time for 5 days and the 2nd time for 7 days and they still couldn't figure out what the problem was. Canceled my service with them.

The customer service has been excellent, as they have been very friendly and have promptly addressed all my questions and inquiries. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with this internet service and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and reliable service."
