Too many times, we are busy complaining about our dissatisfaction with goods and services. I am taking a moment to do the opposite for a change! We have been with Turftenders for many years and have always been very satisfied with not only the quality of service provided but with the friendly and very helpful people as well. I recently called with some questions on weed control for our next application. Our lawn technician, Jesse was very prompt and professional in responding to our questions and concerns. I felt confident after our conversation regarding the care and maintenance of our lawn. Thank you for your great service and even better staff!

My wife and I have been down a long road of grass company’s in the last 7 yearsSome ok some awfulBut our search has ended very happilyAbout 5 months ago I was at my wits end with my once beautiful lawn we watched in horror over the last 2 years as it went from full and green to gone and moss took overI looked high and low got estimates over the phone no one wanted to come to houseUntil I made a call to Turftenders here is where I thank my brother in law he told me who he used and gave me the numberSo I called they took my info and said the owner or manager would call me back he was on the phone with another customer( heard this before) but low and behold he did call right back and proceeded to ask me me a million questions and wanted to know the whole storyAfter I explained he politely gave me his opinion of what was done wrong , how he wanted to proceed And he let me know that I would be reviewing a call from Jesse .So yes I hung up and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Jesse the next dayHe let me know all about what the next steps were and said he would be out in a week to give me a complete analysis of our yard and soil.Well after talking with my wife we decided that this was the company we wanted and gave them the contractWe were again surprised to find out that Jesse would be taking care of us personally and he has without a doubt Kept his word in 5 short months and only 3 treatments it is almost impossible to tell you the drastic changes that have taken place in our yardAll because of Jesse neighbors are stopping and asking what we did and believe me we tell them one word TURF-TENDERS and ask for Jesse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you everyone at Turf-tenders and thank you Jesse for giving us our lawn back !!!!!!

I was referred to this company by my in-laws because her lawn looks amazing and we were having problems with crab grass and dandelions.I spoke with Ben Shaw explaining the issues with my lawn and signed a contract. May 20th to be exact and he advised that someone would come and spray even though the company had serviced my area a week prior. 1 week goes by 2 weeks go by and I call and someone finally comes.I prepaid my 4 lawn application agreement and then months go by. Nothing. I call to inquire and spoke to Jim who sounded really annoyed and bothered by my phone inquiry and he said that they will be out tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and no one showed.This time I had my husband call since I obviously must have sounded like a nagging wife to Jim.Jim tells him that there is a certain time the lawn has to be treated for crab grass and we missed the window.This year it is the same scenario. This time around we signed the contract in the beginning of March and not one treatment.I don’t like writing bad reviews especially about small businesses but your word is your bond.I paid in advance and somehow my address didn’t make the list. I tried again this year and still my lawn has not been treated.

Have weeds throughout both front n back lawns. Call to office resulted in excuses and alibis. 1st year with them, will not be renewing contract. Very disappointed because they were highly recommended.

I have been using turftenders for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed. Customer service is great and the price is reasonable. House was a new built so we started from scratch and a year after moving in we have had the lawn treated. It looks amazing every year.

My lawn was pretty bad. My next door neighbor's lawn is pretty good. Now my lawn is looking much better. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. I have no reservations recommending their services.

Really good people. Jesse did an awesome job. It was more like dealing with a friend then a cold company. Definately would recommend.
