Initially I had Susan call me to let me know I had been approved for Second Careers! Very nice person on the phone and wish I could have met her. A week later I met with Samia to do the paperwork which took an hour. She explained everything thoroughly. I want to add that she was a very empathetic and helpful young lady and I really appreciated her patience with me and the questions and/or concerns I had. Both ladies were exceptional and professional and friendly. Definate assets to the Ministry. Thank You!
