Dave, who helped us out, was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Suggested a plan that suited our needs. I hate having to deal with tech service providers but this wasn't awful.Oh, and he handled the guy losing his mind about a broken phone and grossly overdue bill without skipping a beat. Why do folks with overdue bills think they deserve all sorts of privileges? Like you haven't paid...chances are you aren't getting any deals.

When I entered the store both representatives were busy with other customers. No one acknowledged me or the two other groups who arrived after. I was there to hopefully switch providers and was not spoken to by any staff for the 20 minutes I stood there. Eventually I left, would not recommend.

Dakota was extremely helpful and caring. She is the first Koodo person to show she cares about the client. She has their best interest at heart. Truly refreshing.
