Our company is Red lake Petroleum Products and we have been using Hawco Products Ltd for over 15 years and have always had outstanding service. Over the 15 yrs we have had a few minor issues and they were always dealt with swiftly and to our complete satisfaction. We have never had a complaint from our customers but certainly had many positive comments on the products. We would highly recommend Hawco Products Ltd.

Very rude to me on the phone, it should not take more than 3 days for someone to call you back for a repair date, & when you call to find out when you are getting said call, the receptionist should not be short with you!!! I always receive my products 3 days AFTER the delivery date & with no call to tell me its late, I have to call & remind them.Very unorganized & extremely poor communication
