My tablet was not charging, took it to them, in less than 3 minutes, he tested it and advised to buy aa new charging wire, bought one went home , my tablet worked like a new one after struggling for a week

Had my SAMSUNG phone repaired there. The service is impeccable, fast and very professional. They use original SAMSUNG parts and not some cheap alternative. They seem to want to help first than some mom and pop's shop who just want your money. If anyone needs his phone repaired, I highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I have not come across many people, especially business people, who are such good natured and kind. I was very impressed with their demeanour, helpfulness, competence and willingness to explain and accommodate my situation.Service was timely, professional, courteous, affordable and well done. Touch on the screen was broken, they replaced the screen and put a screen protector on it for free.Affordable costs and very good service, employees were super friendly and nice.

Official Samsung repair shop won’t replace the plastic protector on my Flip 3 because it’s “backorder”. The clerk said I should contact Samsung directly. Why can’t they take care of this? I just ordered a pack of 4 for 20$ and should get it in a day or two and it comes with the tool to do it yourself so I guess I’ll do that instead.How can an official Samsung repair shop not change a screen protector is beyond me and their answer was sketchy at best. I’m under the impression they just didn’t want to help me and didn’t say why.

Had my Android repaired here yesterday, and I cannot recommend them enough. Booked an appointment online, they called me in advance to estimate what kind of repair I would need and a rough idea of cost. I dropped off my phone with a very friendly, personable, and professional staff member (Kevin) and assumed I'd have my phone back the next day. Within 3 hours, I had a brand new phone screen at a very reasonable price.As someone who relies heavily on their phone to access secured work servers, I was expecting to lose a whole day or more of of work when I woke up to a broken screen. They saved me a TON of headache. Easy 5 stars here!

Went on the Sunday to get my cracked phone fixed, they had to order a missing piece to repair it, I deposited 50% of the price. On the Tuesday, they called me to tell me they recieved the piece and I went to get it fixed Wednesday, only took about 2 hours. My phone looks brand new, all for 120$. The touch screen works fine, but if there's any problem, I have 90 days to come back and they will try to fix it for free. The service is fast, very professional and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. 100% recommend to get your cracked phone screen fixed!

Best experience ever.Fixed my phone about a month before then I noticed there was some bleeding on the screen. I called the location and they told me that they would replace it place it free of cost. Especially cause it was a S22 ultra , I would have been out another $530.
