Fowler & Sons

We presented quite a challenge for Ross and his team; a large room that floats off the second story of our home in Uptown Saint John. Working with drawings from the architect, Doug Kochel, they spent the summer constructing this new room, supported on one end by the existing house structure and on the other by two massive wooden posts. There were particular highlights during the process. Ross did his initial calculations in order that the new floor line up with the old. Having completed the new structure they finally cut the archway into the existing house. The floors were perfectly aligned. Another day we held our breaths as they raised the three hundred pound window into its position, high over the back yard. A perfect fit, they had it secured in quick time.Throughout the process we found Ross, Greg and Nate to be very open to questions and concerns. It was a pleasure to have them on site. In the end we were delighted with our new room.Peter & Judy
