Brought my 88 caprice in for a wheel alignment because it was pulling to the right, picked up the car and it pulled worse to the right. So when I went back the lady named Gayle at the front desk becomes very short and rude with me. The mechanic Justin who did the alignment was also rude and would not fix the car telling me its all within spec. Now I am a mechanic as well so when I showed him on the alignment printout that there was too much camber and not enough caster on the right side causing this pull he still refused to fix it and got angry when I questioned his exp. So I took the car to BERT'S ALIGNMENT and they showed me what I suspected that only the toe was set, so Bert's alignment fixed it and the car steers perfect. Now to be fair Village Tire did refund my money but what a horrible way to run a shop and to treat a fellow mechanic this bad is just awful SHAME ON YOU!

My husband and I took our cars to Village Auto for years and John Hamelink always gave us excellent service. Since my husband passed away in 2008 I have been taking my 1997 Pontiac Sunfire back every year for servicing and John has always either done the work himself or directly supervised. Gail is also very friendly and helpful. I trust this facility completely.

It was almost 11 years ago I moved to Edmonton and asked a friend if they knew a good mechanic. They recommended John /AutoPro. They had been using him for the past 25 years and so I knew the service would be outstanding. I have not been disappointed. John and his crew have always been fair and caring for me, my time, and my pocket book.I recently moved to Regina and when I had my safety inspection completed there was not one thing that needed to be done to my 2014 Ford Edge. The shop here mentioned I must have a had a really good mechanic looking after my vehicle. Yup" I sure did. Thanks John

Love village auto! It’s our go to for anything car related. They do great for oil and tire changes and even fixed our rusted exhaust system. They have personable staff that get the job done! Would recommend you visit.

The service I received here was far above expectations! I had sold a car to a customer of mine. I am based out of Calgary and we were picking the car up in Edmonton and needed a mechanical inspection. Gale got us in immediately and by the time we had gotten back from going for a burger, the car was ready. They were friendly, helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. If only all shops operated this way! I'd recommend them any time!

Went in for a tire quote for my car 205 70 15 in size and was quoted over 1400.00 [W.T.F?] I guess that is the covid price as the shop was empty with no work being done at the time, the woman at the counter became very rude and angry when I told her how out to lunch she was on the price. So I went to Tire Town and got the same tires mounted and balanced for 540.00, stay away from this place.

I've been taking my 2004 Acura RSX to them for years and I continue to get regular maintenance and services to just recently in October 2018! My beaten up vehicle has been touched up to look presentable than how I brought it in and running smoothly and efficiently as I drive it back on the road looking more roadworthy and feeling like the sports car it is! Replaced a tail light and painted affected area. They did a magnificent job in matching the paint.

What a great experience. They were quick, courteous, and followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied. At first, I was surprised that they would communicate with me by text, but it was much easier than playing phone tag on granting them permission to perform repairs that may incur further costs, and put the transaction in writing to avoid misunderstandings. Very kind and perfessional service. Props to Gale for being such a great liaison for the business.
