Staff were really helpful with my daughter finding a dress. The store was clean and laid out nicely.

There's a great sale on now. The only issue was that some of the sales racks were so full you couldn't get a hanger off the rack.Jan 4, 2019 Don't go to the 8th street location in the mornings, the employee's seem not able to provide good customer service, or any, before noon. Frustrating waiting in a change room for someone to get a different size and no one come to check!! Don't bother coming to work if you aren't awake!!!

Very expensive and hard to find clothing that's ment for younger women. The 8th street location is far better then the one on the west side.

When my wife and i went inside none of the worker would try to help her or ask if she needed any help.when other people came in they would greet them nicely and try to help every second until they leave the store.She wanted to get some nice outfit or undergarment because they were having good deals.Been here few times but this visit was very unpleasant and felt very discriminating

One of my favorite stores. However they never seen to get in enough clothes. My size is usually sold out. Staff is always professional and helpful. I do wish they'd lower the top racks so shorter people could reach items up there. That's frustrating and staff are sometimes busy with others.

I was right away treated poorly when I came into the store. I got asked to hang up my own cloths on hangers. I kept having to find someone to help me. There was maybe one or two other people in the store and the clerks were ignoring them too. I was so frustrated and felt so slighted. It was embarrassing. I will never go back into the 8th street store.

I'd say the service was poor, but there was none. Just dive in and hope for the best. Sizes are ALWAYS completely picked over at the smaller end. Buyers seem to think we all want ruffles and tiny prints on shapeless shirts and dresses.I did manage to find a tank and a pair of jeans on my own.Fitting rooms were clean.General air of disorganizationWon't be back.

There is no electric carts at any location making it super hard for me to enjoy shopping. Penningtons is a successful business there should be no lack in this area!

We went in and started shopping, my mother in law hardly ever goes shopping to be safe. She got gift cards for her birthday, needed clothes and had a horrible experience the first 5 minutes we were in the store. I understand how masks are mandated but she was told she had to wear one. She has a note from her Dr, stating she cannot wear one due to panic attacks. She wears a clear visor instead. They told her no she had to put on a mask. My mom left the store in tears. She needs clothes and needed to look at the clothing available. I'm absolutely horrified at how she was treated when she has no choice in the matter! Everywhere else is fine with you wearing a face visor. I'm absolutely apalled! We then phoned the penningtons on the west side and they were fine with the visor. I dont understand, she does not have covid and she is going out safely. But I guess whatever. Will never be going back.
