Ladies this is the guy to see so you don't get taken. Great service and trustworthy guy. Went today for oil change and a tire rotation. I asked him to see if my front end needed any work due concerns of feeling more bumpy when I drive. He explained what it was and no repair needed. Loved that he didn't take advantage of a women. I will definitely go back.

Would give more stars if I could. Super honest and reliable, calls you and gives you a range of options when having repairs done, also informing you as to what’s being done and a rough estimate of labour and parts costs providing you with quality work at a respectable time. Have been using Duane ( owner) for a couple years now as my mechanic and have had nothing but a great experience, no jobs to big no jobs to small.

AMAZING shop, hardworking & honest people. Doesn't overcharge like most dealerships do. Duane explains everything that needs to be repaired and gives options for used parts (if you are on a budget ). As a woman, it's nice to be able to take your car to someone and know they aren't taking advantage and have your best interests in mind.

Duane is trustworthy, honest and very hard working. 3 things that are very hard to find in an automotive technician. He is fair, beyond reasonable and treats your car like its his own. I live in St. Catharines and will continue to drive to Port Colborne where i know i will be treated right. Please do not think twice about using his services. I promise you will not be let down. Duane's taken care of my vehicles since 2014. Never had a problem or a reason to be unhappy. He's honest, fair, and up front with you, and does good work. I would recommend and will keep coming here, even if the new location is a tad further away from my house.

If you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic to do quality work, Duane is your man. Duane is very skilled in his craft and has found and fixed issues that have stumped other mechanics in the past. He is friendly and professional- always has a part in his hand to show me exactly what the issue was and how he fixed it. Duane is easy to get a hold of and always fits me in quickly! With a young child, it’s reassuring to know Duane does high quality work, and he takes care of you like he would his own family. His prices are very fair. I can’t say enough good things about Arbour Auto and will be Duane’s #1 customer for life.

Dwayne went above and beyond, from sourcing affordable used parts to coordinating with other dealerships to get the work done I needed to safety my vehicle. As a matter of fact, another mechanic had misdiagnosed that I needed my front struts replaced (~$750), but when Dwayne took a look, he corrected that I actually did not. If that's not integrity, I don't know what is! He is a wellspring of knowledge, and will clearly save you money where he can. I will certainly be back.
