Amazing service and professionalism. I have never heard of this company ever before even though its on same street my house is.My car had an accident and my insurance company hooked me up with Enterprise for rental car and those guys ditch me at the very last moment as they cannot give me car for another 5days which I cannot afford for my work. They gave me Practicar's number. I called these guys and spoke with Jennifer who understood my situation and was very helpful. She got a car arranged for me in 15 minutes for the maximum number of days I needed for. (Its summer here and busy tine for tourists). Even they extended it for me at the last moment. I am glad I called them, otherwise I was stranded in the middle of nowhere by Enterprise. The best part was I didnt have to make any efforts to call again for anything, they billed it directly to my Insurance company and spoke with my adjuster for any authorisation required.Kudos to the team at PractiCar.

Cannot say enough nice things about this team! Most of the vehicles on the island were booked, and when we found ourselves needing a vehicle for an additional day due to unforeseen circumstances, Steve and his team saved the day! Thank you for making the last stretch of our trip possible!

Excellent customer service with friendly and reliable staff! They arranged self pick up for us (they are closed on Saturdays) and dropped us off at the airport after we returned the vehicle. Also Dave and Josh helped us find a different car on the pick up day (due to accessibility issues) even though most of their vehicles were booked. I will rent through Practicar again when I'm back in PEI. Highly recommend!

They had clean cars that run well. The staff were very friendly.

What a great experience from start to finish. The staff in Charlottetown went out of their way to arrange to have a vehicle at the airport for me. As it turned out my flight was three hrs late. How nice that waiting car looked at 3 am. A low mileage 2019 Nissan Sentra, clean inside and out. I had the misfortune of getting a stone chip early in my rental. The great staff in Summerside got the car in and the chip taken care of with minimal down time and provided me with all the paperwork required to make an insurance claim. My rental was for over 5 weeks and I travelled extensively throughout PEI and Cape Breton and the rental vehicle was perfect. Thank you Practicar I will return.

Cheap? Yes. But customer service has much to work on. Dealt with the manager who randomly changed their cancellation policy on me while I was inquiring about the policy. Couldn't believe it. Will never rent with this company again as I've never been treated this way from a rental car company before.

Great service and pricing

Excellent customer service!!!We got stranded by another car rental company (it was Discount) and were given the number for Practicar. We had never heard of them before. They came and picked us up as their airport location is 2 min away from the actual terminal. When we got there they set us up with a minivan (their rates were cheaper than Discount) and saved us from being stranded. In passing conversation I had asked the guy that picked us up if he knew where an address was. He wasnt sure. While we were filling out our paperwork he went and googled directions for us without us even asking.Jennifer on the desk was super friendly and helpful. She got us on our way quickly.We also got stranded a second time for a moving truck, Jennifer once again bailed us out. I will never rent a vehicle from anyone other than Practicar now when I am on PEI. Thank for helping us out of a terrible situation!
