Did a huge order on line. They called me a week later to get my credit card number. Shipped out the next day. It was like Christmas when all the food arrived. Very happy with the service. They are a small company working hard to get all the orders done . Be patient. We'll worth it. Loving all the variety of foods we now have from them. I will defently be ordering again.

Love to shop here for Scandinavian Candies and foods, they have Finish Meat Pies fresh made every day, awesome. Try Finnish or Swedish mustard on them, mmmm.They also have Lappi cheese here, bulk, Lactose Free.

I ordered pearl sugar from Viking and the product that I have received was very poor in quality. I asked Mike from Viking to return the unopened, sealed packages however he wouldn’t agree to take it back. Since I had to spend more money and order that sugar from a different company I suggested to Mike to credit me back at least 50% back however he just ignored my email. Too bad this is the type of service Viking provides to new customers.

From the condiments and candies, to the breads and fresh made food options, it's always a pleasure to visit and indulge in the latest offerings. Definitely worth a visit to see what kinds of goodies you can pick up!

A small store with a limited number of products but they have the things that you can not get anywhere else. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back many times.

Pretty small selection of items available.Lights weren't even on when we arrived about 30 min after opening and an employee didn't come out until 10 minutes after we arrived.She offered no help. Did not ask if we were looking for something particular even though we were discussing pretty loudly what we couldn't find.A specialty store like this should have staff engage a bit more. Oh you buy this kind of item? What else might you be interested in... Offer alternatives or ask if we have tried such and such an item.Would only go here again in a pinch, even though my regular store is much further away

Made a grocery order online and was contacted promptly about the order. Also notified me about the shipping options so I got to pick what I wanted. Need that Hapankorpuja to survive. Picked up box that was compactly and neatly packed with all the boxes of bread and candies that I ordered. Definitely will make another order in the future. Down to only 10 boxes of bread, so by the end of the year I suppose will need to restock.

Variety of Scandinavian foods. I came chiefly for the seafood, which is what is hard to find elsewhere. Opening hours aren't convenient for those who work regularly though.

Have ordered Finnish food products, Fazer chocolates and candy twice online in the last couple of months, some as Christmas gifts. Was very pleased, everything was well packed for shipping and arrived undamaged. Would recommend Viking Foods & Imports. Planning to order again.
