I have to give this management company a bad review.I lived here for two years and moved out about a month ago. As you might guess, they withheld too much of my deposit. I communicated with the manager through email before I post this review, but they did NOT respond at all.1. Before we moved out, we asked the manager about the cleaning requirements and she said in-person that she would charge full-clean fee if we didn't clean at all. But in reality, she charged us full-clean fee after we spent more than 8 HOURS cleaning. The deductions included window screens/bathroom vents/back of refrigerator/back of stove/inside of window handles. (Can you believe they move the fridge and stove out and check the back? I don't even know they can be moved out) Well, you can say that the room is not fully clean, but I do not think it worth a FULL-CLEAN FEE.2. Two standards for move-in and move-out. When we moved in, the house had some problems, the stuff told us that we did not need to be worried about that. However, the manager (another person) who did the inspection put the blame on us without knowing the defects and did not accept our explanation. I need to ask, WHY? As a tenant, why should I be resposnsible for your disorganzied mangement.3. DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU. JUST CHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR AGREEMENT. YOU CAN NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

The leasing office has the WORST management and attitude I have ever seen!!! I was greeted by agent Danielle Tominez on my first visit on October 5th and met agent Trixie Marcelo on my second and third visits who followed up with my application via e-mails. Danielle Tominez showed a one-bedroom suite that is available for moving in on October 26th and confirmed a $500 credit for promotion. HOWEVER, after I paid the security deposit, Trixie Marcelo denied everything since my second visit. Trixie said no such promotion is available and the suite we looked at was already rented out. Trixie was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL in communicating and had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE. After finding another available bachelor suite, it took Trixie a long long time to submit my application. Until October 21st, Trixie finally informed me through her email that I couldn’t apply to their property anymore for some reasons she couldn’t disclose. HOW RIDICULOUS!!!

Former tenant here! I lived in Mayfair for a while but unfortunately had to relocate. Recently I found myself in urgent need of a tenant reference and, long story short, management here really came through for me (shoutout to Jei!) despite the semi-weird circumstances and saved me a lot of stress!As for the review part of this review; it’s a really nice building in a great location with super helpful and friendly management. (I’d still live there if I could! lol)

I walked in for a showing and they made time for me even tho they seemed busy. The building is great and the cleaner greeted me happily while we were doing the showing. The suites looked renovated and the office staff were very informative and helpful. However, I didn't qualify because of the income cap, but would love to live here otherwise.

Trixie and Jei are so kind and friendly to help me with moving in inspection. I appreciate their help. Also, the condition of the room is very nice. I’m so happy to get a new suit!

Since the change of management, Ronna has done a fantastic job at managing the property. Work orders are done on time, the building is clean. As well Ronna and all the ladies in the office are very approachable. Awesome Job Ronna!

I loved my time here, it’s an excellent location for public transportation, superb facilities, great and extremely professional management and administration team who are always there to help!

Incredibly incompetent management staff. Staff are barely there and are very condescending. Will hide away in the back gossiping about tenants etc. Especially the one I encountered “Danielle”. Danielle Tominez has a history of unprofessionalism , bad attitude and disorganization. Just read the other reviews. Don’t bother applying for a unit, they prioritize old people and students as if those two groups don’t have unlimited options to rent. The staff member “Danielle” is truly one of the most incompetent people I’ve had the pleasure of communicating with. Incredibly unprofessional, will hold your deposits even if you are rejected. One of the worst managed buildings in downtown Edmonton. -0/10, even roach infested Mainstreet has better professionalism than this building / staff.

One of the best experiences ever!I have lived at this place on two separate occasions. The building itself is beautiful and in a fantastic location, on top of that the management is incredible. Julie (the property manager) has always been friendly and talked to her tenants like family. Any issues have been addressed quickly and professionally (unlike other building in the area from my experience).I started in this building in 2018, when I moved out the following year I regretted it. I moved back in 2020 and Julie still remembered me and welcomed me back. These modern apartments have given me some of my favourite years.Any negative reviews I have read on here seem like issues out of the staffs hands. Downtown is a hard place to live, but I assure you it is hard to come by better management than this!If you are looking for a reliable, secure place to live, I would highly recommend this one!

I have lived here for over 5 years and am very satisfied. Fantastic location, close to lots of eating places, Save On Foods and LRT. Leasing office is in building for convenient access to resources and repair needs.There is a high number of young adult residents, some rather careless with garbage and smoking in the stairwell. There have been recent security measures installed as well such as more cameras in high traffic areas and parking for ensuring resident safety.The current team has Ronna, Trixie and Jamie. They run a pretty tight ship and have been super kind and helpful to me transitioning from one suite to another. I had COVID and they were okay with me staying in my suite another month while I recovered. They are honest and hard working, and I feel safe knowing they are looking after us.
