The food was okay. I came here alone this morning and Rachel was my waitress. She was nice to everyone else except me in term of checking in and I bought the bottomless tea but could only drink 1 cup. She never asked how the food was( I got the wrong hash browns) only got to drink 1 cup of team because there were only 3 milks in the bowl and I wasn’t offered anymore. I felt obligated to tip this behaviour so I did but I strongly considered leaving 0. She was only nice when it was time to pay the bill surprise suprise. Avoid this place and go to Cora’s.

After reading some reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I must say my experience was great! The place was not busy, good timing, the waitress was wonderful, had me seated, served etc. In no time. I had the special fish and chips with a salad, loved it all! The salad surprised me, it was huge and fresh. The price was perfect, in my opinion.I will be back, really good experience! Thank you!!

The food is pretty good, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I love that you can get a carafe of coffee for the table that saves from having to wait for the 1st refill(s).The only thing that stands out as a negative is that nearly every single time we go for breakfast we have to wait to be seated for at least 20 minutes and you can see all of the empty tables where they don't seem to want to seat people. The only way I can rationalize this is that they only open as many tables per wait staff that they have in. Makes sense but if we have to wait every single time, wouldn't it be in Perkins' best interest to have 1 more wait staff in just for the breakfast rush? They would generate far more profits than the cost of the salary.In the end, if you don't mind waiting then it's worth checking them out. Also, be prepared to stand for a good chunk of the wait because there is limited seating at the entrance. Although I am sure if needed they would bring you an empty chair from one of the tables they are not using. Don't count on this though, most of the time the tables not in use are 2 rows of booths with bench seating. We haven't gone for other meal times in a very long time to know if this is just a time of day issue or not.Definitely worth checking out.

I ordered a California Benedict because it came noted on the menu with avocados. When it came, I asked the waitress where is the avocado, and she said they ran out. Well, that should have been mentioned at the time of the order, as this is the main reason to order the California Benedict. We were still charged for the full price of the California. The hash browns were so raw, I don't think they even cooked them. The pancakes were nice and fluffy, and the eggs were cooked well. The waitress took forever to bring our bill, and seemed very overwhelmed. Maybe you are giving her too many tables. We were seated by the entrance in the booth on Sunday at 930am.

Good food but terrible service. Arrived Saturday morning for a nice breakfast and the hostess suggested I go elsewhere instead of waiting the approximate 10 minute wait she advised me on. She was not friendly. Proceeded to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table after being seated. Then waited 50 minutes for food. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

So nice to have a good breakfast (....and I assume other meals as well...) restaurant attached to the TRAVELODGE HOTEL!Fast and efficient service by friendly and helpful staff.A huge menu with a massive selection for all meals and the breakfast omlette was delicious , although a bit overdone....but still good.

Layla is a wonderful waitress! We love having her as our waitress. She goes out and beyond, she's super friendly, quick and efficient and very friendly. The food is also really good!

I’ve always heard about the food here so I finally was able to go this morning for the first time. While the food was actually very good and the prices being very reasonable, the service was unfortunately very much not. I understand being understaffed as I also work in a restaurant however the waiting times were extremely long, and our personal server was very nice she didn’t get to check in with us at all. We asked another waitress for water and she just said she wasn’t our server in a rude manner and walked away mumbling under her breath. A very unfortunate first and probably last time eating here.

The cost of our visit simply can’t be justified. The food on the plate could almost certainly be had in that town for half of what we paid, but it’s a strange town, try a name you at least know. Not going to happen again any time soon. Food was no more than competent, tiny toast, diminished serving of hash browns, bah.
