So happy to find this place by accident. Like the other reviews, I really hope they have enough exposure because they’re so tucked away, but also friendly, tasty, and neat variety. I think my drink was the (iced) white chocolate latte - never heard of until I went there! I will definitely spread the word and come back - excited to try more food and drink :)

Delicious! A little slow, but the quality makes up for it. Well-priced food items. The egg and bacon breakfast sandwich was gooey cheesy perfection.

Got the House Boba Milk Tea ($5.75 for a large) and it was fantastic! It's cheaper than at the chains and so much tastier. They use fresh milk, none of that artificial powdered Coffee Mate stuff. They also use organic tea. The red tea in my drink was potent and so good. I asked for it to be less sweet than usual and it was perfect. The boba were very sweet, so evened out the less sweet drink, and they were chewy. The drink was cold and there wasn't too much ice to water it down, which was good. They just opened up in October 2021 in the food court of the L'Esplanade Laurier Building (second floor). If you climb the outside stairs and enter that way, you will see it easily. If you enter the building near Eggspectations and climb the stairs inside the building/take the elevator, it's hard to find, as you have to go all the way around. If you are able to climb the external stairs, I suggest doing that, then you just go straight and you'll see it. Otherwise, you'll still find it, but it will take longer. The building is pretty deserted due to the Covid Pandemic, as is the downtown core, so I hope these guys survive. They are a small independently owned business. They serve bubble tea, but also regular and fancy coffee/tea drinks (London Fog, matcha lattes, etc.) They have waffles and sandwiches too. These guys need more internet presence. As their presence from the street is none that could see. They are a hidden gem. Worth the effort to find them ;)

The barista here was very friendly, and everything tasted amazing! The cheese foam and the croffle were especially good. I regret not living in Ottawa, if only because I can't visit here more often.

Best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had. Loved how stacked it is with veggies and a fresh fried egg!
