Very friendly service. I went in because I couldn't hear people talking to me while in a phone call and they couldn't hear me on my Samsung Galaxy S9+. They were able to quickly clean my phone while I waited in the store, then test my phone to make sure I could hear again and they could hear me.I also was able to get a new phone case for my phone because they carry a lot of phone cases for older phones that the big retailers don't carry any more. Thanks for the case!

I had a good experience here leading up to and eventually getting my phone repaired. Staff were very pleasent and helpful. However the screen that I received was horrible. Within a day of getting the screen, it already started falling apart and breaking. I have a screen protector and case however it still continues to crack and fall apart. I will put it into my pocket and pull it out after walking around somewhere and still somehow have more cracks or even missing chunks of my screen. I do not plan on coming back.

Stopped in because my phone was stuck and I couldn’t get it to turn on. Everything I tried wasn’t working, they were able to assess it and get it turned back on in no time. When we asked how much for their help they told us nothing, I really appreciated the time and effort that was taken to help, and they were able to give me some kind of idea what had happened in the first place! Will definitely be going back for help in the future.
