Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had no issues with pick up or drop off. The vehicle was in good working order and cheap on gas. The staff were prompt. Even with a line up when I arrived for pick up I was out of there in less than 20 minutes which is more than reasonable. The car had some minor previous cosmetic damage but otherwise was fine.

The vehicle was a Mazda CX9, this was the worst vehicle I have driven. Rented this vehicle for 5 days and absolutely hated it. 0 power, horrible drive quality with a constant rattling sound. The manager for this location named Josh phoned me to inquire about my experience, he agreed that the vehicle could be better - offered to e-mail me his details so we could coordinate another vehicle pickup, never heard back from him. Called the 1800 number to reach him but it would not let me connect with a representative. Absolutely horrible experience.

The managers at this location were phenomenal with helping us throughout the rental experience. We had an unfortunate instance of someone breaking the back window of our rental car and taking all of our possessions mid-trip - needless to say we needed a new vehicle despite that they were just about to close for the night; the manager was so supportive and made sure we got everything in order without any hassle - took the stress right off of us. This amazing experience carried onto the day of return where the second manager also provided us a seamless experience. You have no idea how much we appreciated this. Highly recommend Enterprise at this location, the service was unparalleled.

No Car Available Despite ReservationRating: -1I recently had a disappointing experience with enterprise located at Vancouver airport when I reserved a car for a specific date and time, only to arrive and find out they didn't have a car available for me. It was a frustrating and inconvenient situation that left me feeling let down and inconvenienced.I made the reservation well in advance, providing all the necessary information and specifying the exact date and time I needed the car. I received a confirmation email, which gave me confidence that everything was in order. However, when I arrived at the rental location on the designated day, I was informed that they did not have any cars available.The lack of communication and organization on the part of enterprise was deeply frustrating. I had specifically reserved a car to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, but instead, I was met with disappointment. I had made plans and commitments based on the assumption that a vehicle would be waiting for me, only to be left stranded without any alternative solutions provided.The staff at the rental location were apologetic, but their apologies did little to alleviate my frustration. They offered no immediate solutions or alternatives, leaving me to scramble for last-minute transportation options. It was a highly inconvenient situation, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of my travel plans.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to a lack of available vehicles. However, as a customer who had made a reservation well in advance, I expected better contingency planning and communication from enterprise . The least they could have done was inform me ahead of time about the unavailability of a car, allowing me to make alternative arrangements.This experience has certainly shaken my trust in enterprise 's ability to fulfill reservations and provide reliable service. While I appreciate the subsequent refund for my reservation, it does not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment I experienced.In the future, I will be hesitant to reserve a car with enterprise and will likely explore other options to ensure a more dependable and stress-free car rental experience. It is my hope that enterprise improves their reservation management and communication processes to avoid disappointing other customers in the future.

Calgary to Vancouver. Nice SUV, Ford Escape, great on gas. Attendants in Vancouver very helpful. Discounted rental due to a discrepancy upon pick up! Always enjoy Enterprise employees customer service empowerment

We loved renting this car from enterprise! She took us 3200+km from our pick up in Regina to our drop off in Vancouver. I dropped the rental off the night before we flew back home. It was a bit of a wait to drop it off but I did so around a busy time as other flights came in & people were there picking up cars.*** I would recommend booking in advance when looking to rent a car from any of the rental places as all were sold out the evening I returned our rental & many people walked away without ***The staff member was professional & also I dropped it off in the wrong area, he said it was alright & would move it for me. Drop off was easy & I loved having the unlimited KM as apart of our rental. So many did not pick this option & I overheard complaints about paying more than their original agreement because they knowingly went over KMThank you ENTERPRISE for your vehicle & professionals who helped make our dream family vacation as smooth as possible!The VW Jetta was very easy to navigate the flat prairies & windy uphill mountain sides. It was SO GOOD on gas & had a lot of room for myself, husband & two pre teen gals PLUS our luggage X4 & their backpacks +ours! Highly recommend!!!

I have rented 2 times here in last 2 months, I had issue with the vehicle both the times and they provided the best possible solution both the times.I’m super impressed with this location and I don’t think I have ever come across better services in my 14 years of using rental cars in the US and Canada.

I really was not expecting such a sweet ride at a sweet price during Canada day weekend at an airport location. I was so impressed with how each service agent wanted me and my 5 friends to feel like their #1 customers. They even provided me a list of local recommendations of places to go. My flight arrived early so I had to wait till my scheduled check-in time. It was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I am glad I did not insist on an earlier time like other customers because at 12:30, an immaculately, fresh set of wheels rolled in. Took this beauty across the west coast and had an amazing time filming GoPro videos of BC from the sunroof. Thank you SO much Enterprise!! I will only rent from you whenever I am in BC!

Excellent car rental experience with Dave Kapoor at the counter. He quickly checked my reservation, recognized an eligible upgrade for my situation, and provided a fantastic Mercedes-Benz GLC 300. We have rented twice from this location for approximately 1 month rentals and keep on returning here for their excellent service and great fleet of vehicles. Even though I hold a Hertz Gold status and Avis President's club status, I rent from Enterprise when in Vancouver
