I Called first thing in morning and spoke with Nick and told him about my AC issues.He put in a service call request about my AC.The HVAC technician was at my door within 2 hours. The technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within a couple minutes, he explained to me what the problem was and what it needed to be repaired. He then went to his fully stocked truck of parts that he always has on his truck. He quickly and efficiently made the necessary repairs to my AC unit and now it is running smoothly again.This company is very quick to respond to service call, very friendly and very knowledgeable qualified HVAC technicians on staff, and they also stock a lot of every variety of HVAC parts on the truck. You don't have to wait for parts. The prices are very reasonable and labor rate is also very good.I will certainly be letting all my friends and family know about this company, the fast and friendly excellent service that I have received.Thank you Tri city heating and cooling for the awesome service that I received.Franco

Our AC unit broke down last week during the hot spell and it ended up being the compressor. We could get a new compressor or go new. We decided to go new and wanted to use a local company. We read the reviews and called Tri City. They asked what we currently had and the layout and accessibility. They quoted a mid range price and were able to install in just a few days. They were quick to answer all our questions before installation and very thorough during installation.

The service was great, no complaints on the air conditioner or the boys that installed it, the only reason I’m giving a 1 start review is because the receptionist was rude to my wife, that’s very un professional/ if you’re having a bad day and don’t know how to keep it to yourself maybe don’t work in customer service

I had my furnace replaced today. The guys were really informative, respectful and neat and tidy (they cleaned everything up when they were finished). They also pointed out to me that my water heater needs to be replaced but weren't pushing me to use them at all when I told them I rent it. They simply suggested I reach out to Reliance and have them come and replace it. I was so impressed with them and the price was right as well.

I have used their Plumbing services before, and recently had an issue with my air conditioner so I called their HVAC branch. I was extremely pleased with the technician they sent (Tom). He was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly fixed the issue. It was an easy fix, but what I liked most about the service is that Tom didn't try to sell us unnecessary costly repairs after identifying an improper installation. This is something that I also experienced with their plumbing branch, so I think it's the company's philosophy, which is very comforting. The admin staff were also very courteous and helpful in quickly scheduling the appointment and answering my questions. Will definitely call again for Plumbing and HVAC work.

Shawn the service tech was very helpful, Knowledgeable, and kind. He didn't charge me for parts that weren't needed. Explained what was wrong and was able to recreate my issue with troubleshooting. I would highly recommend!!
