ABSOLUTELY WOrSt experience ever! They are frauds and very dishonest people. They will play with you and waste your time and then deliver remaining of stones left in their store and say this is what u asked! They will show u one thing and deliver another! Always make excuses for delivery time or appointment! I hope no one ever goes through what i went with these people! Be very careful! I just learnt many other customers went through same thing! And neverrr believe what they say! The only good reviews they have are themselves and their employees who rated themselves to increase their overall rating

Very impressed on how they do business. Professional. Beautiful showroom. Quotes done in a few minutes, digitally ( none of those manual calculations.... that was all I had seen until lux-granite. The entire team, young and smart. Douglas very thorough in taking measurements. Pricing some of the best I have come across. Unfortunately I did not go with them because I have a deadline and found installer doing it in 72 hours. I am certain I would have had no regrets.

Very good experience ! They came to install the countertop yesterday as scheduled and the price is simply unbeatable. Saved over 2000$ compared to other companies I requested quotes for. The price for the Quartz was around 40-45$ installed, compared to 80-85 elsewhere Very polite, very professional. I would definitely do business with them again.Thanks !

Awful experience dealing with this company. Workers showed up 2 1/2 hours later than scheduled, complained that they didn't have the right tools to remove the counter even though the measurements and removal had been discussed and agreed upon before hand.I was promised that a plumber would come and reinstall the new sink along with the team that put in the counter. No plumber was present, the team simply told me to shut the water off in the building and left my pipes cut and uncapped. I waited 2 hours, still no plumber. Once I called and spoke to the manager, he told me the plumber would only be available the following morning and I would have no water overnight (in a building with 3 units)!! This was on a Friday at 6:30PM.I had to pay for my own plumber to come install the sink at 2x the regular rate.Completely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Wow great work , I am so impressed and happy with the quality work that was done, from the beginning, with the choosing of the granite to the installation, you were very easy to work with, the prices are amazing, the best in the city, and your workers were amazing and very respectful,I would definitely 100 percent recommend you to anyone asking about counters.
