Lots of selection in my size (women's 11), which is great! When you have big feet, you don't always get a choice ;) Good prices, too.I found a pair of winter boots, but needed another size. The man at the desk (sorry, I don't know his name, but he was great, very helpful and professional!) phoned around to the other stores in the area and got my size. He called me 2 days later and I went to pick them up.The boots are really nice, waterproof leather with good treads.While I was there, I found a pair of Sketchers runners, they fit great and are so comfy. Washable, too.I will definitely be going back!

Selection for men, ladies and kids, and toddlers is fantastic. Winter boots, fashion boots, runners, slippers, work boots, and causal shoes. Great name brand selection.Store still provides personal service if needed or browse and help yourself if that is what you prefer.

Wow what a horrific experience. I came into the store without a mask. I cannot wear one because of my medical condition. The red head large woman started to harass me about it and said that if I don't wear one I have to leave. Now store policies do not override the law. The law states that I don't have to wear one due to my condition. I even tried to put one on just to make peace cause I needed 5 pairs of shoes and the red head woman still followed me around the store in order to try to force me to wear it to her liking. She clearly discriminates against customers. She does not know my situation nor is it any of her business. She should not be working there it's bad for people and business. I walked out without a purchase. I will be making a claim against this business to the better business bureau and the human rights commission. This is still Canada and we have human rights here. No one deserves to be discriminated against.

Bought few pairs of shoes here, pretty sparse selection, very expensive.Woman with bright green eyeshadow (ugh) and around 40, sales woman blonde is not the most friendly, asked for shoes that were not put out till spring and thou no one even there except me asked like I was asking for a kidney finally did it.Also there policy on items no cash refunds is outdated, personally I'd rather order off Amazon or Walmart, no store should have the right to.keep you're money.

We find it hit or miss, depending who is working. We have walked in and had wonderful service.. and we have walked in and been completely ignored.

Good selection. But one set of boots the souls separated within 3 months. When I took them back, they said there is nothing they could do and directed me to the manufacturer. Manufacturer said too bad so sad.

This location shows NO compassion. They have no respect for the disabled community. Extremely rude. Will never return to this store and I hope that no one else will either. Pandemic or not, someone who needs to be with a support person, should not be told they cannot enter without them. This is 2021, a time of inclusivity and with all the struggles this pandemic has brought, you would think someone’s business would be welcomed, no turned away.

Walked in, Blond hair cashier immediately told me I had to leave since I cannot wear a mask, and will never wear a mask.Was going to spend $300 on new boots, nope!How can you be in business and turn away money? Good luck paying the rent this month!Terrible.It is time we stand together as Canadians, and end the madness.
