We use Capital Industrial at Canada Culvert to service our machines in Ponoka, ab. Josh is so personable and gives the best customer service he can. The prompt service is appreciated along with the sense of humor.

I contacted Capital last week in regards to our forklift that wouldn't start. They had a technician drop in to our facility a short time later. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made a rental unit available to us if we needed it. Josh, the Capital Technician stopped in yesterday with the replacement parts, serviced the forklift and got us back up and running in time to receive a 50,000 lb shipment this morning. Thank you Capital, Josh Sinnimon and all the employees that played a role in getting our equipment operating again. Best customer service I have seen in a long long time. So pleased that I have made Capital our go to company for all our equipment needs.
